Leading the pack of the whiniest brats in the country suffering from post-traumatic Donald Trump winning stress, are the last people who have the right to complain. Liberal celebrities, living their pretentious Hollywood lives have come out in force against President-elect Donald Trump. However, Denzel Washington is sick of hearing his entitled colleagues complain and put these idiots in their place with a brutally honest announcement.
The tantrums are at a fever pitch now that liberals and their idols in Tinsel Town can’t do anything to stop the Trump train from entering the White House. These actors are putting on their best show yet, with Whoopi Goldberg claiming that conservatives have put a damper on her ability to make a living — not realizing it was her nasty attitude and slander of our next president that did that.
Meryl Streep had the audacity to publicly rip into Trump during the Golden Globes awards ceremony. However, Denzel Washington is done with these shenanigans and in no uncertain terms told overpaid celebrities that it’s time to shut their mouths.
Streep took the slander to a whole new low, attempting to tell the elitists who were listening how hard it is to be an actress with the overwhelming responsibility of making movies and getting paid for it. Her sob story didn’t sit well with Denzel who was asked about her complaints during an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, according to the Daily Wire.
“I’m like, listen, send your son to Iraq–that’s difficult. It’s just a movie. It’s like, relax. I don’t play that precious nonsense,” he said, which Streepa and Whoopi need to hear. “It’s like, oh, a movie. Get outta here. Your son got shot in the face? That’s difficult. Making a movie is a luxury; it’s a gift. It’s an opportunity, and most importantly, it’s a gift. Obviously, everybody here is talented enough to do that, but don’t get it twisted. It’s just a movie. It ain’t that big a deal.”
Having worked as a garbage man before making it in Hollywood, Denzel gets what hard work looks like and also recognizes the blessings he has now — which he earned. Without question, Streep was rightfully put into her place with a perspective she doesn’t understand and will probably refuse to give any attention to because she prefers the sympathy of the suffering she’s projecting with Trump as her president.
It’s time to stop giving actors who don’t appreciate their success a taste of what life without it looks like by boycotting anything they participate in and get paid for. That will hit them where it hurts them the most, and they certainly deserve it.
