Just when we thought it wouldn’t happen, it looks like the tables are turning on Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama. Thanks to Judicial Watch and a Ronald Reagan appointed-federal judge, Americans have hope that at least one scandal of the Obama years will be exposed and the criminals will be held accountable.
According to the Political Insider, Judge Lamberth has ordered the U.S. State and Justice Departments to reopen the case to determine if Hillary Clinton used a private email server to avoid public disclosure laws during her tenure as Secretary of State.
Why else did Hillary Clinton use a private server as Secretary of State? This is huge. The judge’s ruling implicates the Obama administration and Barack himself as responsible for knowingly allowing the failed presidential candidate to conduct her official business as Secretary of State on a home-brewed server.
But there’s more. Politico reported, “In a scathing opinion issued Thursday, U.S. District Court Judge Royce Lamberth said that despite FBI, inspector general and congressional investigations into Clinton’s use of a private account for all her email traffic during her four years as secretary of state, the conservative group Judicial Watch should be permitted to demand documents and additional testimony about the practice.”
Oh, this is going to get good. Judge Lamberth just ordered that “additional testimony” is needed. That means Hillary Clinton is going back in the hot seat. The judge also ordered that the State Department under Mike Pompeo and the DOJ, who will be getting President Donald Trump’s pick of Bill Barr as Attorney General, will be in charge of investigating if Hillary and Obama committed crimes.
Can you imagine what’s going on at the Clinton and Obama households? Even the mainstream media is reporting that Judge Lamberth was livid. He blasted Clinton’s email practices as “one of the gravest modern offenses to government transparency.”
Judge Lamberth wasn’t done expressing his wrath at the Obama administration, and he even weighed in on their handling of Benghazi. “Lamberth also again expressed concerns that lawyers at the Justice Department and the State Department misled the court when they tried at the end of 2014 to wrap up Judicial Watch’s FOIA suit about Benghazi,” Politico reported.
“State played this card close to its chest,” the judge complained. “At best, State’s attempts to pass-off its deficient search as legally adequate during settlement negotiations was negligence born out of incompetence. At worst, career employees in the [Obama] State and Justice Departments colluded to scuttle public scrutiny of Clinton, skirt FOIA and hoodwink this court.”

And this is going to move fast. Lamberth is giving both sides ten days to come up with a plan for discovery to determine “whether Clinton used a private e-mail to stymie FOIA” and whether State’s efforts to settle the lawsuit without an honest search amounted to “bad faith.”
We bet the Clintons and the Obamas are burning up their cell phones calling their team of attorneys. And they should be, Americans have waited too damn long for these rats to be held accountable.

Judge Lamberth’s ruling makes it clear that this wasn’t just a case of a government official using a personal email account occasionally out of sloppiness or ignorance of the rules. Not only does it look very much like a corrupt attempt to evade oversight on an industrial level by Clinton, but it also looks as though the bureaucracy was determined to help her succeed at it.
This scandal is far from over. There’s no way Secretary of State Mike Pompeo is going to let these deep state rats, Obama and Clinton, get away with this any longer. God bless Ronald Reagan for appointing Judge Lamberth, who had the guts to stand up for the American people.
