With the Democratic Party presidential candidate ticket remaining fairly stagnant and unarguably unimpressive, most Democrats believe that Hillary “what difference does it make” Clinton is a shoo-in for president. Still, her short list of accomplishments, such as being a woman and having been “terminated” for dishonesty and unethical behavior on the Watergate investigation, fails to outweigh her list of dangerous and costly failures, a list that just grew thanks to a new scandal.
According to the New York Times, an Egyptian court sentenced Gehad el-Haddad to life in prison for his work with the longest currently running terrorist organization — the Muslim Brotherhood.
El-Haddad served as spokesman for the Muslim Brotherhood until his arrest in 2013, but it’s his work with the Clintons that have the media scrambling to cover this dirty, little secret.
Before his open activism for ousted Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi and his strongarm, the Muslim Brotherhood, El-Haddad served for five years as a top official in the Clinton foundation, a nonprofit group founded by former President Bill Clinton, The Washington Times reveals. El-Haddad was raised in a family of staunch Brotherhood supporters and activists, and only became the face of the Islamic organization after faithfully serving with the Clintons.
However, the most important detail is that much of El-Haddad’s work with the Brotherhood took place while he was still employed by the Bill and Hillary. He reportedly worked as the Clinton Foundation’s city director from August 2007 to August 2012, leaving just one month before committing all his time to the Brotherhood.
El-Haddad officially became a senior adviser for foreign affairs in Morsi’s Freedom and Justice Party in May 2011, all while assisting the Clinton Foundation. According to USA Today, he was also a senior adviser to the Muslim Brotherhood in May 2012, months before leaving the Clintons.
Known for spreading Muslim Brotherhood terrorist propaganda with the foreign press and social media, El-Haddad was often caught defending the murderous actions of the MB.
El-Haddad will serve the lenient yet lengthy prison sentence for inciting the killing of protestors and anyone else who opposed the tyranny of the Brotherhood.
Of course, El-Haddad isn’t the Clintons’ only tie to terrorism. In fact, Democratic hopeful Hillary seemed quite cozy with Morsi’s wife, Naglaa Mahmoud, who threatened to publish incriminating letters from the former first lady.
Indeed, Hillary seems to be quite fond of the Brotherhood, having defended her deputy chief of staff, Huma Abedin, who also has extensive ties to the MB.
As expected, the opaque Clintons did not respond to multiple requests by The Washington Times for comments on their former employee’s employment and arrest. However, we can presume that Hillary might say, “What difference does it make?”
