When an illegal alien came across a high school girl, he abducted the teen, took her to a wooded area, and brutally murdered his young victim. Despite shamelessly confessing to the heinous crime, the migrant believed that because of a special “gift” Barack Obama awarded him, he’d escape the proper punishment. Unfortunately for him, President Donald Trump stepped in.
The left is so desperate for votes that they’re willing to waste trillions of dollars, break numerous federal laws, and risk countless lives to protect illegal migrants who despise our nation. Disturbingly, this mentality was empowered under the Obama regime as he repeatedly issued illegitimate executive orders in order to dodge congressional law-makers and flout our Constitution in favor of millions who crossed our borders illegally. Of course, while liberals assured concerned Americans that the Democratic Commander-in-Chief was merely looking out for “widows and orphans,” we find that the biggest beneficiaries of his agenda are also the most dangerous.
When Daniel De Jesus Rangel Sherrer, 19, heard that South Carolina schoolgirl Diana Martinez-Gonzalez, 18, had talked bad about him, he kidnapped the terrified teen before taking her to a wooded area in Easley and shooting her multiple times in the head on October 4, WSPA reports. Fortunately, another high school girl he had similarly abducted managed to escape his clutches before she suffered the same fate. Although Sherrer openly confessed to a deputy that he had murdered Martinez-Gonzalez in cold blood, he knew he would not be properly deported because Obama had awarded him amnesty as a “dreamer” through the DACA program. Unfortunately for him, his “gift” just expired.
With Sherrer being charged with the first-degree murder of Martinez-Gonzalez and admitting to holding another teen girl hostage, authorities have looked to President Donald Trump’s proposed reversal of DACA to be able to extradite the criminal migrant. Now, thanks to Trump’s announcement that the amnesty program will officially end in March 2018, immigration officials have confirmed that should Sherrer ever be released from prison, he will be deported to Mexico, Breitbart confirms. Disturbingly, this would not be the case if Obama’s DACA program remains in place as Sherrer would be allowed to remain in the U.S. once he serves his sentence.
Under Obama’s 2012 DACA legislation, over 800,000 illegal aliens were protected from being extradited after receiving temporary amnesty in the U.S. Of course, their amnesty could be extended every 2 years, preventing authorities from properly arresting and deporting criminal migrants. Unfortunately, before Trump’s reversal, Sherrer was one of those 800,000 so-called “unaccompanied minors” who would be allowed to stay in the U.S. Out of just less than 1 million DACA recipients, just 2,100 have been removed from the program for serious crimes and gang affiliations.
As leftists crawl out the woodwork to defend amnesty, families of victims of illegal migrants have come forward with chilling questions for those ignorantly blanketing all migrants as victims. Shortly after Ivanka Trump defied her father and labeled DACA recipients “innocent people,” “Angel Mom” and co-founder of Advocates for Victims of Illegal Alien Crime (AVIAC) Mary Ann Mendoza called out her distorted assertion.
Mendoza said Wednesday, “I didn’t vote for Ivanka. I voted for President Trump. And I’m sure if Ivanka had been affected by illegal criminal activity in her family, I think she’d have a different stance on this. I’d love to be able to meet with her face-to-face, look her in the eye as a mother to a mother and say, ‘Which child would you choose to lose at the hands of an illegal to support your agenda?’” Mendoza continued, “This is what [Ivanka Trump is] asking of the American people.”
Mendoza was informed that the illegal alien who killed her son, Sgt. Brandon Mendoza, on May 12, 2014, wasn’t deported despite being convicted of felony crimes decades earlier. Her understandable outrage went ignored by Obama after she penned the then-U.S. President a passionate letter demanding answers.
“The prosecutors were ‘lenient’ on him and several charges were dismissed,” she wrote. “When he was convicted of these crimes (in) 1994 and the government knew he was in the country illegally, why wasn’t he deported? Why are any of these illegal criminals in this country? I am furious that the Federal Government allowed this criminal to stay in this country and KILL my son!”
Mendoza lamented the fact that her son’s killer, Raul Silva-Corona, was in “the country illegally, convicted of previous crimes,” had “no Social Security number,” and “no valid driver’s license” but was still allowed to purchase and register his vehicle in Maricopa County, Arizona.
After years of Obama callously ignoring her and many other families’ cries for justice, Mendoza is finally seeing action on behalf of her son’s memory with Trump’s reversal. She is just one of countless law-abiding American citizens and legal immigrants who have suffered at the hands of illegal aliens. Hopefully, Trump doesn’t back down from his stance on illegal immigration and continues to fight for the protection of both American citizens and our Constitution.
