[Video] New Details Emerge On Jerusalem Attack, What It Means For US

Our friends in Israel are mourning again today after a horrific attack that left four people dead and more than a dozen more injured. A graphic video of the incident, along with new details about the attack, have now emerged which provide even more insight into how dangerous it is that we now have so many unvetted Muslim refugees in our country and what we need to do about it, immediately.

Regardless of anyone’s personal opinion about the details of the conflict between Israel and Palestine, one statement in particular sums it up in undeniable terms. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu recently said, “If the Arabs put down their weapons today, there would be no more ‎violence. If the Jews put ‎down their weapons ‎today, there would be no ‎more Israel.‎”

On its face, the Israeli-Palestinian conflict appears to be about land. However, the root of the issue is that the Muslim countries, which completely surround the tiny Jewish state of Israel, refuse to acknowledge that Israel has a right to exist. It’s also the Muslims’ deeply ingrained cultural and religious belief that infidels (non-Muslims) should be conquered or killed. Once again, they’ve proven that they will never abandon that barbaric ideology.

A terror attack that was carried out today in Jerusalem took the lives of four Israeli soldiers and injured thirteen more (reports vary). An article published on Yahoo News reports that the driver of a large truck, that slammed into a group of Israeli soldiers and was subsequently shot and killed by other soldiers, has now been identified.

The driver was also killed at the location overlooking holy sites such as the Dome of the Rock and providing one of the most spectacular views of Jerusalem.

Chaos broke out at the scene when the truck ploughed [sic] through the crowd, with hundreds of soldiers having arrived there as part of a tour for troops about the history of Jerusalem.

“A lone terrorist drove his truck into a group of soldiers standing on the side of the road,” police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld told reporters at the scene.”They got off the bus, and as they were getting off the bus and getting organised, he took advantage.”

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said in a statement released by his office, “We know the identity of the assailant, who according to all indications supported IS.”

Palestinian security officials said the driver was a Palestinian in his late 20’s from the east Jerusalem neighbourhood of Jabal Mukaber, located close to the scene. Palestinian media named him as Fadi Al-Qanbar.

It’s quite possible that the driver of the truck saw an opportunity to kill multiple people at once and reacted spontaneously. If that is the case, there is no amount of intelligence agency intervention that could prevent an attack such as this one, no matter where in the world it occurs — including in the United States of America.

This incident proves just how dangerous it is that the United States has allowed tens of thousands of “refugees” of Muslim descent into our midst. Not only is it still impossible, at this point, to vet them properly, the possibility of impulsive terror attacks — as the one in Jerusalem today seems to be — is extremely strong.

Hopefully, President-elect Donald Trump will soon implement a plan to monitor the Muslim refugees who have already gained entry into our cities and refuse to admit any additional ones. It’s not about being paranoid or Islamophobic, it’s about being realistic and vigilant, and putting the safety of our own citizens first.

We’ve got to get to work, immediately, to blunt the effects of what the Obama administration has put into place before we also begin seeing the same things happen in our own backyards, that Israel, and now several countries in Europe, are faced with on a regular basis.
