Omar: Impeaching Kavanaugh Is ‘Our Constitutional Duty,’ Gets Reality Check

Instead of waiting to see if this new sexual assault allegation against Brett Kavanaugh had any merit, Rep. Ilhan Omar threatened to impeach him saying that it’s “our constitutional duty” and claiming that “nothing terrifies this corrupt president more than the idea of Congress upholding the rule of law.” That’s when President Donald Trump and the American people gave her a big reality check she won’t forget. You’ll love this.

Ilhan Omar called for Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh to be impeached on Sunday after the New York Times ran a piece Saturday alleging that an eyewitness saw friends of Kavanaugh push “his penis into the hand of” a female student at a college party.

Once again, the mainstream media is trying to destroy Justice Kavanaugh.

The Times had to add a correction to their story after the female student accusing him did not recall the incident, according to friends, and declined to comment:

Editors’ Note: Sept. 15, 2019
An earlier version of this article, which was adapted from a forthcoming book, did not include one element of the book’s account regarding an assertion by a Yale classmate that friends of Brett Kavanaugh pushed his penis into the hand of a female student at a drunken dorm party. The book reports that the female student declined to be interviewed and friends say that she does not recall the incident. That information has been added to the article.

However, before the Times added what amounted to a walk-back of the new allegation, Democrats such as Omar began lining up for calls for Kavanaugh’s impeachment.

On Sunday, she tweeted, “Nothing terrifies this corrupt president more than the idea of Congress upholding the rule of law. We must open impeachment inquiries against Trump *and* Kavanaugh immediately. It’s our constitutional duty”:

President Trump was caught by reporters as he was leaving the White House when he was asked about the bad reporting by the Times on Kavanaugh. “Did you see they had to issue a correction?” Trump asked the reporters. He went on to accuse the Times of “never checking anything.”

“To do that about a Supreme Court justice is a terrible thing,” Trump told reporters on the South Lawn. “It’s a false accusation.” The president also tore into the Times on Twitter.

“’The New York Times walks back report on Kavanaugh assault claim.’ @foxandfriends. The one who is actually being assaulted is Justice Kavanaugh – Assaulted by lies and Fake News! This is all about the LameStream Media working with their partner, the Dems,” Trump tweeted.

Then, Trump tweeted a quote by Dan Bongino:

“What’s happening to Justice Kavanaugh is a disgrace. This guy is not a good man, he is a great man. He has to go to his church with his family while these terrible reports are being written about him, a disgrace!” Dan Bongino said.

Americans gave Omar a real reality check about her own issues making it clear she has no business judging Brett Kavanaugh.

“Anyone who marries their brother for fraudulent immigration benefit should be more terrifying to the American people,” posted Twitter user “Nonso.”

“Oh I completely agree, because as soon as you do, you will fail, but in the process you will take down the Democratic Party as a whole in the process!! On with the show,” tweeted Micheal Julio.

We must uphold the Constitution and impeach @Ilhan Omar who is abusing her powers as a member of Congress to wage smear campaigns based on lies against the President while her district suffers from Somali gangs brutally attacking and robbing people,” tweeted Alexander Higgins who added a video of Omar’s district showing thugs brutally beating and robbing a man.

“Trust me, we like the rule of law. Especially when ‘the rule of law’ investigate why you married your brother. Even better, why you committed immigration fraud. The ‘rule of law’ is intrigued about your election fraud you committed. Reality is setting in,” tweeted Jim Bauer.

Rep. Ilhan Omar’s many scandals make anything she has to say ridiculous.

Americans are wise to who Ilhan Omar is and what she wants to achieve in Congress. Omar is a radical far-leftist who calls for leniency for nine convicted Islamic extremists who were caught joining ISIS, but demands patriots like President Trump and Justice Kavanaugh be “impeached.”

The time has come for those Minnesotans who voted for Omar to embrace the truth. They gave her a chance, and now she has been exposed as a disgraced anti-Semitic anti-American Congresswoman. Anyone who values what this country stands for has no business voting for her in 2020. Let’s make sure Americans can be proud after the next election. Make Omar a one-term mistake.
