After a Chicago teen was found guilty of trying to slaughter innocent civilians, the terrorist immediately turned on the waterworks in a pathetic attempt to invoke sympathy from the court. However, as soon as the judge saw what he was trying to do, he brutally slapped down his plea for mercy with 3 brilliantly brutal words.
As the left repeatedly submits to Muslims in a desperate bid to appease them, they appear absurdly confused when their benevolent treatment is returned with plots to slaughter tolerant Americans. As every modern-day Islamic country now knows, appeasement of Muslims only gives way to more demands until Sharia law ultimately rules. Disturbingly, the U.S. justice system has become a hub of Islamic submission as elected officials offer mild sentences and plea deals to dangerous terrorists. Fortunately, one judge isn’t about to negotiate with supremacists just because they play the victim card.
When Abdella Ahmad Tounisi was just 18 years old, he plotted to fly to Syria and butcher innocent civilians for Al-Qaeda terrorist front offshoot Al-Nusra in 2013. Along with his plan to flee his privileged life in Illinois, Tounisi assisted jihadist Adel Daoud in engineering a bomb in Chicago in 2012. Despite being a failed jihadi, Tounisi repeatedly tried to kill non-Muslims without remorse. So, since he was so merciless in his endeavors, the ruling judge decided that two can play that game.
ABC 7 reports that when Tounisi pleaded with Judge Samuel Der-Yeghiayan to give him the minimum sentence because he is “extremely remorseful” and “contrite,” the judge gave him the maximum 15-year prison sentence and told him that if there wasn’t a legal limit, he’d give him an “even longer incarceration.” Despite Tounisi’s tearful attempt at apologizing and claiming to be a “lonely kid” who just took a “wrong turn,” Judge Der-Yeghiayan wasn’t buying it.
“Mr Tounisi, at your age you traded the opportunity to attend college for a terrorist training camp” said Judge Der-Yeghiayan. He continued, “you could have studied to find a cure for cancer.” The judge said that he would give “no free passes” when it comes to terrorism and that Tounisi could have chosen to become a hero in life but instead “chose to become a villain.”
Still, Tounisi and his legal team pleaded with Judge Der-Yeghiayan to give the young jihadist just 7 years in prison, and even U.S. attorney Barry Jones urged him to show mercy since Tounisi appears to be sorry for his actions. Luckily, the judge wouldn’t budge and instead told Tounisi that if he could lock him up for even longer than the maximum amount, he would do it without hesitation.
Judge Der-Yeghiayan said that nothing can excuse the seriousness of the crime. “Such terrorism is a threat to the very existence of this great nation” he said and continued, saying that it was “an extremely serious crime, I would rank it at the top.” The judge said that if there was no statutory maximum sentence, he would have handed Tounisi an even longer incarceration.
Judge Der-Yeghiayan refused to hear the attorneys’ pleas for leniency and assured that even after Tounisi is released from prison, his activity will be monitored for the rest of his life. “You chose to join a bunch of thugs that take pride in cowardly killings,” Der-Yeghiayan said, according to the Chicago Sun Times.
“He was a lonely kid who sought a brotherhood and a life of value” said Tounisi’s defense attorney Molly Armor. “His arrest, his detention at the MCC as an 18 year old kid, his face plastered all over the news, his mother in tears, his family shamed.”
Another defense attorney, Patrick Blegen, said during Thursday’s sentencing hearing that “not every terrorism is the same. He had no intention on returning to the United States because of belief he was going to be killed there [Syria.]”
Tounisi’s attorneys desperately tried to paint him as a victim, claiming that after Muslims killed nearly 3,000 people in the 9/11 terror attacks, he was discriminated against and bullied for being Muslim. Of course, this is the typical claim, as well as the typical response, in the vicious cycle — Muslims kill non-Muslims, non-Muslims get upset at Muslims, Muslims respond by killing non-Muslims.
If Tounisi wants to be a devout Muslim, he must obey the commands of the Quran, which include the most important mandates to slaughter unbelievers and oppress them until there is no other religion than Islam.
Quran (2:191-193) – “And kill them wherever you find them, and turn them out from where they have turned you out. And Al-Fitnah [disbelief or unrest] is worse than killing…”
Quran (8:12) – “I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Therefore strike off their heads and strike off every fingertip of them”
Quran (8:39) – “And fight with them until there is no more fitna (disorder, unbelief) and religion is all for Allah.”
This judge understands that not only is Tounisi only sorry he was caught but also that as long as he dedicates his life to Allah, he is compelled to kill non-Muslims. The same commands that the prophet Muhammad declared while beheading, raping, enslaving, and conquering innocent unbelievers are still the same commands that exist today. As long as Islam is practiced anywhere in the world, Islamic terrorism will plague the earth.
