Paul Ryan may soon overtake John McCain as America’s most despised RINO with the introduction of his Obamacare replacement plan. Until just recently, President Donald Trump was playing it cool with shifty Ryan, but now the master strategist is letting nature take its course as Ryan ties his own political noose with an epic fail that is sure to start the countdown on Ryan’s Speakership.
According to Breitbart, the Congressional Budget Office has just dropped an elephant-sized truth bomb on “RINO-care,” much to Ryan’s dismay. This is the epic fail that he didn’t need, stealing his thunder. The report released by the CBO states that, under Ryan’s new healthcare plan, 14 million people will lose insurance in 2018 alone. If that wasn’t bad enough, the CBO also projects that a whopping 24 million people will lose insurance by 2026.
Of course, Ryan was running his mouth on Monday with Fox News, trying to administer a little political CPR to his dying healthcare proposal. “The reaction early on, on The Hill,” said Brett Baier, “it’s a little stunned at the number of people who would be uninsured…” He added, “So your reaction on these numbers and what they mean?”
Ryan commenced CPR. “Well actually if you read this entire report,” Ryan replied, “I’m pretty encouraged by it, and it actually exceeded my expectations.”
This is precisely why Trump didn’t have to come out swinging at Ryan for his miniature version of Obamacare. Trump knew that Ryan was tying his own rope and the backlash from conservatives would be swift and brutal.
Sarah Palin, who recently weighed in on RINO-care during an interview with Breitbart, said, “How can he [Ryan] convince the American people that this isn’t just still big government in bed with big pharma and big Wall Street and sticking it to the people with all its globaloney that was part of Obamacare. How is this RINO-care any different?”
In conclusion, Palin expressed her genuine belief in Trump’s ability to keep campaign promises, saying, “He will step in and fix it. I have great faith that President Trump is one who will fulfill campaign promises.”
Palin isn’t alone in her protest of RINO-care. Sens. Tom Cotton (R-AR), Rand Paul (R-KY), Mike Lee (R-UT), and Dave Brat (R-VA) have all come out aggressively against Ryan for his American Health Care Plan. Some have raised serious concerns about the details of the bill while others have explicitly said they will fight it.
Trump knows who his base is, and I’m not just referring to the voters. There exists a base of true conservatives within Congress who will actually stand up and fight for us when clowns like Ryan try to breathe life back into Obama’s dead policies. Trump is just letting Ryan hang himself in order to bring about Ryan’s departure from the Speakership.
This fight with Ryan is crucial and important. Socialized-mandatory government health care is truly taxation without representation because we will pay for it either way, without having a choice in the matter. Please mention this to others and urge them to share it and call their representatives. Please make it known that American patriots do not want Ryan’s version of socialized health care.
