It’s no secret that Hillary Clinton has a few enemies, and we can’t say she doesn’t deserve them. Finally, her consistent lies may have caught up to her, considering what’s happening in a mere 60 days, and it could wreck all of her dreams and bring her campaign to a screeching halt.
Former U.S. attorney Joe DiGenova has made a recent announcement on the Laura Ingraham Show that declares what he believes to be Hillary Clinton’s “biggest problem right now.” Regardless what Hillary claims about her alleged private e-mail catastrophe while campaigning for president, it seems everything is going to catch up to her in only 60 days.
DiGenova believes the open FBI investigation on Hillary is about to come to a head, and she could be facing criminal indictment within the next two months. “They have reached a critical mass in their investigation of the secretary and all of her senior staff,” DiGenova explained, according to Fox Nation. “And, it’s going to come to a head, I would suggest, in the next 60 days.”
As the FBI’s probing of Hillary and her senior staff comes to a close, FBI Director James Comey still refuses to answer any questions about the incident. However, Clinton still has to be interviewed by the FBI — something that is likely to occur before anything is made public.
“It’s going to be a very complex matter for the Department of Justice, but they’re not going to be able to walk away from it,” DiGenova said, according to Washington Examiner. “They are now at over 1,200 classified emails. And, that’s just for the ones we know about from the State Department. That does not include the ones that the FBI is, in fact, recovering from her hard drives.”
DiGenova made it specifically clear that whether Clinton gets charged with the indictment solely lies in the hands of Attorney General Loretta Lynch. “I believe that the evidence that the FBI is compiling will be so compelling that, unless [Lynch] agrees to the charges, there will be a massive revolt inside the FBI, which she will not be able to survive as an attorney general,” DiGenova said. “It will be like Watergate. It will be unbelievable.”
He continued, “The evidence against the Clinton staff and the secretary is so overwhelming at this point that if, in fact, she chooses not to charge Hillary, they will never be able to charge another federal employee with the negligent handling of classified information.”
It’s doubtful that the intelligence community would consider Hillary’s indiscretions worth risking the entire future regarding the negligent handling of classified information. As DiGenova stated, “They will fight for indictment and they are already in the process of gearing themselves to basically revolt if she refuses to bring charges.”
I think it’s safe to say that not only is Hillary about to be completely embarrassed, but her campaign for president is about to come to a screeching halt. We always knew it would catch up to her, but it’s even more glorious to know that it’s happening in the year she tried to win the presidency.
