Her actions allowed hundreds of dangerous people to slip through the fingers of justice. Now, she has doubled down on what she did, making a bold proclamation. You won’t believe what she said.
Thanks to Democrats, undocumented immigrants run rampant in our country. Our Southern border is all but a revolving door for people who want to come here illegally.
“Sanctuary” cities and states shield criminal aliens from federal authorities. Local police are not allowed to report these criminals to the feds. They are often released back into communities, to break the law again and again.
Imagine that: if you are an American and are arrested, you go to jail. If you are here illegally, sanctuary cities will set you free!
These aliens have more rights in America than American citizens. How’s that for deplorable?
Perhaps the worst episode of Democrats putting illegal aliens ahead of citizens was in February of this year. Libby Schaaf — the pathetic excuse for Mayor of Oakland — sent out a message warning illegal immigrants of an impending ICE raid.
Her warning allowed over 800 wanted criminals to escape justice. Those people — here illegally — still reside in America. They weren’t arrested and are free to commit whatever crimes they want.
It’s all because this Democrats put aliens ahead of American law and the safety of you and me.
Today, this joke of a leader says she stands by her decision. She continues to call for the abolition of ICE. In no uncertain terms, she makes it clear she cares more about aliens than Americans.
“I have no regrets, none. The more time goes by, the more certain I feel that I did the right thing in standing up for our community and pointing out our values are not aligned with our laws,” she said. “That’s hopefully the message that is sent out.” [Source: Buzzfeed]
I guess when you feel your “values” don’t line up with the country’s laws, you can do whatever you want!
That’s essentially the attitude Democrats have these days. Don’t like that conservatives support the president? You can attack them, steal their hats, vandalize their property… whatever! The rules don’t apply if you feel differently.
Even if you are a mayor of a city — responsible for the well-being of tax paying Americans — you can betray the federal government and help criminals escape justice.
Schaaf also slammed federal immigration authorities, saying that Immigration and Customs Enforcement should be abolished. “This agency has gone astray and has so broken the trust, particularly in cities like mine, I believe we would all be better served to start from scratch,” she said…

She told BuzzFeed that her decision to warn illegal immigrants was also influenced by her special assistant Karely Ordaz, a DACA recipient, who told her after the 2016 election that the immigrant communities always live in fear. DACA refers to Deferred Action on Childhood Arrivals, an Obama-era program for delaying the deportations of children whose parents entered the U.S. illegally. [Source: Fox News]
Notice how they refer to them as “immigrant communities,” not illegal immigrant communities.
There are millions of people who come to this country legally. They work hard to make a living and contribute to our country. They have no reason to fear.
But brain-dead and dishonest liberals try to group illegal immigrants with law-abiding immigrants. They want you to believe that President Donald Trump’s policies hurt anyone that wants to come to America. That is a lie.
We must enforce our immigration laws, so that people who want to come to the U.S. legally and fairly can do so. And that those who sneak over the border, endangering themselves and others, will not be allowed to do so.
Libby Schaaf has proven she does not respect our laws or the millions of legal immigrants. She’d rather help protect criminals, drug runners, human smugglers, and rapists. Not to mention parents who drag their children across harsh wilderness.
Does a woman like this deserve to run a city? I think not.
More patriots need to get the word out about this corrupt, un-American mayor. She needs to be ejected from public office once and for all.
