Ilhan Omar after the Minnesota Congresswoman doubled down on her disgraceful remarks on 9/11. The former bartender claimed Omar has done more for 9/11 families than anyone in the GOP, and then she mocked war hero Rep. Dan Crenshaw’s service to our country. Well, AOC immediately got torched. You’ll love this.
Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez wasn’t going to stand by and watched her good friend Rep. Ilhan Omar get destroyed by patriotic Americans who were incensed by her outlandish comments on 9/11. By now, most people know Omar was caught addressing the Hamas-supporting Council of American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) depicting the 9/11 attack as “some people did something.”
“Ocasio-Cortez defended Omar by making multiple false claims and by mocking Rep. Dan Crenshaw (R-TX), who called out Omar for trivializing the 9/11 terror attacks,” the Daily Wire reports. “The 29-year-old former bartender attacked Crenshaw, a decorated war hero, by suggesting that he was not fighting for the families of 9/11 victims and saying that he should ‘go do something’ about terrorism.”
As a Navy SEAL, Crenshaw lost his eye fighting terrorists in Afghanistan and earned two Bronze Stars (one with Valor), the Purple Heart, the Navy Commendation Medal with Valor, and other awards.
“You refuse to cosponsor the 9/11 Victim’s Compensation Fund, yet have the audacity to drum resentment towards Ilhan w/completely out-of-context quotes,” Ocasio-Cortez tweeted. “In 2018, right-wing extremists were behind almost ALL US domestic terrorist killings. Why don’t you go do something about that?”

AOC also declared Omar had done more for the 9/11 families than the GOP. She attacked the New York Post over the “horrifying, hateful cover” they published on Thursday.

The Democratic darling from Westchester, New York, who claims to be from the hard streets of the Bronx, was outright lying. Nothing that the New York Post or Crenshaw said used “completely out-of-context quotes” from Omar. They quoted her directly.
“Ocasio-Cortez’s claim that Crenshaw refuses to support the bill is also a lie. The bill has not even been voted on in the House, and just because Crenshaw is not a cosponsor does not prevent him from voting in favor of the bill when a vote is held on it,” the Daily Wire added.
Attacking a Navy Seal war hero who lost his eye and comparing his service with anything Rep. Ilhan Omar has done is ludicrous. It’s downright repulsive. And the Minnesota Congresswoman was also caught digging her hole even deeper.
Omar decided to compare her 9/11 remarks with President George W. Bush’s statement on 9/11 at Ground Zero. “‘The people — and the people who knocked these buildings down will hear all of us soon!’ President George W. Bush —Was Bush downplaying the terrorist attack? What if he was a Muslim?” tweeted the arrogant Omar.

Of course, Americans were shaking their heads at Omar grasping at straws trying to prove her remarks were similar to President Bush’s. As all Americans know, Bush didn’t know for sure at that point who was responsible for the attack. Even if he had a good guess, as the president he needed to be 100% sure before he named the attackers.
Well, people were outraged by both AOC and Omar, and they let them know it. “It’s disgusting that anyone would engage in apologetics for someone who described 9/11 that dismissively. Even a literal enemy propagandist would have the sense not to do so–but Rep. Omar has proven herself ‘special’ in terms of cluelessness of that kind and will continue to,” tweeted M. Scott Eiland.

Ocasio-Cortez and Ilhan Omar have no business being in Congress. These people aren’t “serving” our country. In fact, they have now proven without a shadow of a doubt their motivation for seeking office was to push their far-left anti-American agenda, sow division, and destabilize the government from within.
The Founding Fathers began Congress as a “service” citizens provided to keep the government going. They didn’t get paid, and the idea was to have a high turnover of representatives. It was never meant to be a life-long career. We now have strayed so far from the original intent paying Congressmen $174,000 dollars a year.
Maxine Waters has been in Congress for 28 years, Nancy Pelosi for 32 years. We need term limits, and it’s time to slash their salary in half. AOC and her good friend Omar is what happens when the system is broken. It’s high time to get back to the idea of “serving” our country and get rid of these unpatriotic enemies of the state.
