Bush Family Wants No Replay Of McCain’s Hateful Anti-Trump Funeral, Meghan Explodes

It started right after the mainstream media reported George H.W. Bush had passed away. Immediately, Meghan McCain and her cohorts started trashing President Donald Trump, with many laughing that Trump wouldn’t get invited to the late president’s services. Well, the Bush family countered that by saying they wanted no replay of John McCain’s hateful anti-Trump funeral. Now, Meghan and her liberal buddies are furious. You’ll love this.

Meghan McCain took swipes at President Trump as The View remembered the late President George H.W. Bush. Of course, Joy Behar and Whoopi Goldberg peppered the segment with anti-Trump references, but it was Meghan’s Trump-bashing that would come back to haunt her.

McCain exploded at Behar, “Can we focus on [Bush], please? I don’t want to talk about Trump. We’re honoring a great president’s past.” What Meghan didn’t know was due to statements like hers and because of her disgusting anti-Trump comments at her father’s week-long memorial services, the Bush family was making it clear that those kinds of sentiments are not welcome at President Bush’s funeral.

Shortly after John McCain’s funeral, which turned into an anti-Trump hate-fest, the late president reached out to the White House knowing that his days were numbered. His explicit wish? He really wanted President Trump at his funeral.

In Politico’s article titled, “Despite bitter family rivalry, Bush wanted Trump at his funeral,” they reported, “Family confidants say the former president wished to put all enmity aside when it came to Trump attending his funeral.”

“If anybody at any time knew anything about the 41st president of the United States, they would completely and totally understand that he would welcome the current occupant 100 percent,” said an aide in the office of the former president. “This is the way the country says goodbye to presidents.”

The thing that John McCains’ jealousy and hatred of Trump blinded him to understand was at times of sorrow and mourning in America, the President of the United States’ presence is always welcome and gives the event the prestige which only the POTUS can bring.

And just like her father, Meghan McCain turned her father’s week-long of never-ending memorials into an anti-Trump farce, and the late President Bush took note and made it clear when his time came, his family would not conduct themselves like the Trump-hating McCain family.

The Daily Wire’s article titled, “GROWN UPS: Bush Family Wants No Anti-Trump Sentiment At Funeral, No Replay Of McCain Service,” says it all. They reported, “The memorial service for Sen. John McCain at the Washington National Cathedral was a disgusting display of partisan politics, with the Arizona senator’s daughter deriding President Trump as a coward not worthy of shining her father’s shoes.”

“But that won’t happen at the memorial service for George H.W. Bush, scheduled for Wednesday. And unlike McCain’s service, the Bushes have made clear they want the president of the United States, Donald Trump, to attend,” added the Daily Wire.

Trump was remembered more at the McCain services than the man himself. Liberals were rejoicing thinking this funeral would be a repeat of the McCain debacle. Michelle Bauman tweeted on Nov. 30th, “George H W Bush will have a huge honorable funeral that Trump will not be invited to, just like John McCain’s, only more dignitaries will attend.”

Then, there’s “Cannab Economist” who tweeted last week, “The death of GWH Bush will be a reckoning for Trump. The current President will NOT be invited to the funeral. The coming days will see many pundits compare the moral character of the two Presidents. Our nation is about to be reminded just how classless and ignorant 45 is.”

Yeah, these tweets didn’t age well.

Another Trump-hater who has been proven wrong, “Mayday Mindy,” tweeted, “Trump will be told he can’t attend the Funeral of George H.W. Bush. He was not welcomed at the Funerals of Senator John McCain, 1st Lady Barbara Bush and Icon Aretha Franklin Trump and his Family will go down in History as the most Disgraced Corrupt & Hated Americans Ever.”

Sitting presidents rarely go to the funeral of first ladies. USA Today reported, “Former President Barack Obama did not attend Nancy Reagan’s funeral in 2016 or Betty Ford’s in 2011, and Bill Clinton did not attend the funeral of Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis. Clinton did speak at a graveside service for her at Arlington National Cemetery in 1994.”

Well, all the far-left loons along with Meghan McCain are looking like fools. In fact, we can’t find anywhere that Meghan McCain got an official invite to the Bush funeral. Meghan thought she was being so cutting edge, so patriotic with her father’s anti-Trump hate-fest funerals. Instead, the late President Bush just taught her and her family, it’s always the highest honor to have the sitting President of the United States attend your funeral, and only a bunch of unpatriotic fools would want anything less.
