[VIDEO] Man Throws Cold Blooded Beast Into Fast Food Drive Thru

Joshua James was finally arrested for assault with a deadly weapon after an October incident that happened at a Wendy’s drive thru. James, 23, was found after months on the lam, police reported.

In a bizarre potentially deadly incident that James’ family is calling a prank, U.S. Marshall’s took James into custody after police located him from CCTV footage. What James stuffed through a drive thru window was a large, live, cold-blooded beast, and no one is finding it funny, even though James is calling it a prank.

Joshua James found a three and a half-foot live alligator by the road in a Royal Palm Beach Florida rural area. James states he went to the local Wendy’s to  buy a drink and play a prank.

Luckily, no employees got hurt as the alligator landed on the floor right under the drive thru window. James’ parents describe their son as a “prankster,” and they insist that James meant no harm. Police saw it quite differently, and James awaits his arraignment in a jail cell.

“He’s a prankster. He does stuff like this because he thinks it is funny,” she said.

Mr James had received his drink order and when a member of staff turned around he reached into the back of his vehicle and grabbed the cold-blooded reptile and flung it over the counter, according to a report by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC). [via The Telegraph]

Florida is known for it;s bizarre crimes and its alligator population, as the southern state is known for its swamp land. Other incidences of alligator’s reaping havoc in the Sunshine State have recently been in the news. Two criminals in December 2015 ran into a swamp area, but only one man came out alive, as reported by Mad World News.

Joshua James’ prank is not funny, and it sounds like he was either on drugs or needs a psychiatric evaluation. His parents reaction is also very strange. The mom seems completely shocked that anyone would think this is anything but a prank and that it is somehow normal.

Throwing a live alligator anywhere toward living beings is nuts, and the authorities might want to give James a taste of his own “sense of humor.” If James’ new cellmate was a live alligator, it’s doubtful that he would be laughing about it.
