Comey Demands Apology Despite Violating FBI Policies, Gets Humiliated

Former fired FBI Director James Comey is demanding an apology from Americans who he claims “defamed” his character with accusations he leaked documents and lied directly to President Donald Trump. However, Comey was discovered to be leaking and lying by Inspector General Michael Horowitz, who is failing to prosecute him. That’s why Americans responded by utterly humiliating Comey and reminding him that he isn’t out of the weeds yet. You’ll love this.

James Comey has to be the most arrogant crook who was ever employed by our government. This morning the IG report came out which investigated only one part of the alleged crimes perpetrated by the Obama administration in what is called the Russia hoax.

The IG was tasked with investigating the reported leaks of classified documents and to ascertain if the president was lied to about the counterintelligence investigation into his campaign called Crossfire Hurricane. James Comey was the sole individual under investigation.

Comey was found guilty of leaking “sensitive FBI information” for personal gain.

In fact, not only was he guilty, but the report charges Comey with manipulating the FBI for personal political gain. It charges him with leaking classified documents to jump-start a counterintelligence investigation into Trump — even though he knew the president had done nothing wrong.

“But even when these employees believe that their most strongly-held personal convictions might be served by an unauthorized disclosure, the FBI depends on them not to disclose sensitive information,” reads the IG report.

Thus, when Comey texted the fourth memo to his friend Daniel Richman, a Columbia University professor, to disseminate the contents to the New York Times with the express intention of instigating the appointment of a Special Counsel, he “violated FBI policy and the requirements of his FBI Employment Agreement.”

The IG claimed Comey was a hypocrite. “[Comey told] Trump that the FBI’s ability to conduct its work is compromised ‘if people run around telling the press what we do,”‘ the IG report states.

“This is no doubt part of the reason why Comey’s closest advisors used the words ‘surprised,’ ‘stunned,’ ‘shocked,’ and ‘disappointment’ to describe their reactions to learning what Comey had done,” the IG report adds.

Comey’s memos also proved he lied to the president on multiple occasions.

Comey briefed Trump on the salacious dossier for one purpose: he wanted a pretext to leak his conversation about the dossier to the press, so it would become a big story and start the counterintelligence investigation.

In his first memo, dated January 7, Comey recounts the meeting in which he briefed Trump on the dossier. He says he did so because reporters already had the information.

But then he told Trump that the press hadn’t reported on it yet because they “were looking for a news hook” and stressed to Trump that “it was important that we not give them the excuse to write that the FBI has the material.”

It turns out it was Comey himself who gave the press the hook they were looking for. Just days after, CNN used Comey’s briefing of Trump as the very pretext to report on the dossier that, up until that point, they’d refused to touch.

But the biggest lie Comey makes in his memos is when he tells Trump how “he could count on me to always tell the truth.”

He added: “I said I don’t do sneaky things. I don’t leak. I don’t do weasel moves.”

Comey isn’t out of the weeds, yet. There are two ongoing investigations including the one by U.S. Prosecutor John Durham into the FISA abuse. Comey signed off on three of the FISA warrants claiming the salacious unverified dossier was evidence the warrants should be approved.

The IG’s 83-page report finds Comey guilty but he is failing to prosecute, and now the arrogant Comey has the audacity to demand an apology. Remember Comey leaked to his friend telling him to leak to the press. So, Comey claims he isn’t guilty since he did NOT directly hand FBI documents to media.

Now, that’s a weasel move.

“DOJ IG ‘found no evidence that Comey or his attorneys released any of the classified information contained in any of the memos to members of the media.’ I don’t need a public apology from those who defamed me, but a quick message with a ‘sorry we lied about you’ would be nice,” tweets the former FBI Director.

Americans are outraged Comey isn’t being prosecuted and livid he is demanding an apology.

Stop gaslighting everyone, @Comey. You are a leaker. The OIG report concluded that you engaged in the ‘unauthorized disclosure of sensitive law enforcement information.’ That’s leaking. Apologize to the American people, and retire from public life,” tweeted Will Chamberlain.

“This is just the beginning for you. There’s still the issue of those pesky FISA warrants, etc. You may want to hold off on your self-congratulatory swill until the Durham and Barr reports come out,” tweeted Jewhadi.

“You: – removed classified – mishandled classified – failed to report mishandling classified – violated your oath – were referred for prosecution,” tweeted Jack Posobiec.

“James Comey, who was just found by the Inspector General to have violated President Trump’s civil liberties and to have violated FBI standards in his campaign of leaking a false Russia collusion narrative in vengeance against Trump, is demanding apologies from his critics,” tweeted Mollie Hemingway.

“The report called you a ‘dirty cop’ who released sensitive material in violation of your oath of office,” tweeted Mike Cervonich.

“He would be in jail if he had not been a Clinton buddy. Plenty of minor players doing far less sleazy things, were jailed for how they handled classified materials. What’s more, Comey attempted to overthrow a duly elected president by releasing classified material to the press,” tweeted The Dystonian JP.

Comey is brushing aside the scathing report since the IG didn’t have the guts to refer him for prosecution. Either the IG knows Comey is going to be referred for prosecution in his next report or by John Durham, or Comey has something on Horowitz.

Or it could be that Horowitz is part of Comey’s old boy’s network. Whatever the case, Americans are rightly outraged by this dirty cop not being prosecuted. If you are I had done the things Comey did, we already would be in an orange jumpsuit.

We are sick and tired of the two-tiered justice system. Heads of these traitors better roll soon, or patriotic Americans will rise up and make a few demands of our own.
