In fact, Steele admits the real reason the Clinton campaign, the Democratic National Committee, and the Obama administration wanted the bogus dossier written against Trump, and it amounts to a potentially treasonous crime against the United States. The DNC and Hillary Clinton campaign funneled cash to ex-British spy Christopher Steele to help them “challenge the validity of the outcome” of the 2016 election in the event Clinton lost, according to a new British court filing.
Steele, the author of the Democrat-financed anti-Trump dossier alleging Trump campaign collusion with Russia, said in court that he was hired by Democratic law firm Perkins Coie so they would be able to contest the results of the election should Clinton lose, the Washington Times reported.
They add, “[Steele] said [Hillary’s] law firm Perkins Coie wanted to be in a position to contest the results based on evidence he unearthed on the Trump campaign conspiring with Moscow on election interference.
Steele’s scenario is contained in a sealed Aug. 2 declaration in a defamation lawsuit brought by three Russian bankers in London. The trio’s American attorneys filed his answers Tuesday in a libel lawsuit in Washington against the investigative firm Fusion GPS, which handled the former British intelligence officer.
So, long before the Democrats and the media caterwauled about President Trump’s suggestion in October 2016 that he might not accept the results of the election if Hillary Clinton won, the Clinton campaign and Democrats were conjuring up an intelligence disinformation campaign to actually undo the results of the election if Trump won.
If proven, does this not rise to the level of treason? The definition of treason is the crime of betraying one’s country, especially by attempting to kill the sovereign or overthrow the government.
In an answer to interrogatories, Mr. Steele wrote:
“Fusion’s immediate client was law firm Perkins Coie. It engaged Fusion to obtain information necessary for Perkins Coie LLP to provide legal advice on the potential impact of Russian involvement on the legal validity of the outcome of the 2016 US Presidential election.
“Based on that advice, parties such as the Democratic National Committee and HFACC Inc. (also known as ‘Hillary for America’) could consider steps they would be legally entitled to take to challenge the validity of the outcome of that election.”
So how does Barack Obama fit in? Not only did President Obama know about the investigation which was founded on the dirty dossier, but he also seems to have pushed it from the very beginning.
But don’t take our word for it. Here’s what Obama’s Director of National Intelligence, the nation’s former spy-master, James Clapper, told CNN’s Anderson Cooper:

Everything is based on the dirty dossier. It was fake and unverified, but it is what the Obama administration used to get the FISA warrants. Later, it was used to spur on the Robert Mueller investigation.
Obama knew he was dealing with tainted information. Everyone knew it was. Instead of halting a bogus investigation, he let Comey and Brennan carry it forward. Why? He thought it would help elect Hillary Clinton — and cement his own presidential legacy for posterity, reported Investor’s Business Daily.
Those of us who have covered this debacle from the very beginning find it unconscionable that the mainstream media refuse to report on the biggest political scandal in the last 100 years. The players involved are so powerful it may take a long time to see them brought to justice.
But we have to believe that at some point this treasonous scandal will be fully exposed and the mainstream media will no longer be able to turn a blind eye. They are using Mueller’s bogus investigation as a cover-up, hoping the real crimes remain in the dark. As long as Americans continue to share this information, we know they can’t close their eyes forever.
