We have been waiting for quite some time for Barack Obama to be gone, and that moment is finally here. However, something rather odd happened during Donald Trump’s Inauguration when God himself seemed to show up – and it didn’t take Him long to show everyone who’s really in control.
It’s officially here – the day that America has a new president. Fortunately, the tyrant reign of Barack Obama is now over, and Trump is set to completely reverse the things that were done over the past 8 years against the will of the people.
Although people have been saying that Trump has been blessed by God himself for winning a rumored “unwinnable” election, there’s really been no proof of that – until now. In fact, it seems that the Lord himself may have shown up to Trump’s Inauguration, and it was all caught on video.
As seen in a video taken at the exact moment Trump was being sworn in, the cloudy skies parted and the sun came out. In all, there was only one very bright moment during the ceremony, and it was at the time that America was finally liberated from its liberal captor.
There’s no arguing that God had a very strong role in Trump’s election as the majority of the Christian base voted for the man. Beyond that, those same supporters were praying for him during his campaign all the way to election day – and, well, we all know what happened.
2 Chronicles 7:14 reads “if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.”
Surely, that seems to be the case, and God has most certainly looked down on our country today. May we remember this for the next 4 years, and hopefully 8, that only God is in control. We united once around the Lord – just after 9/11, you might remember.
Ironically, as we slowly drifted away, then came the time that Obama was elected. This isn’t coincidence. God does want what’s best for us and our country. However, we have to acknowledge Him and do our part to deserve His blessing – and what we have today is the result of just that.
