With the Islamization of Western nations comes a blatant disregard from democracy, instead implementing a miniature, localized version of Islamic Sharia law.
The UK has openly embraced Muslim immigration and has subsequently seen the horrors that are achieved through Islam’s decrying of Western intolerance, conveniently protected by the very democracy they’re adamant to destroy.
One of the barbaric practices that Islam carries with it is painful, dangerous female genital mutilation (FGM), a controversial procedure that has been well-hidden in the UK.
According to RT, the Health and Social Care Information Centre (HSCIC) has lifted the veil on FGM, reveling that around 15 cases are being reported by hospitals every day in the UK since November.
Although FGM is purported as a form of female circumcision and a rite of passage for girls, the deadly practice includes removing part or all of the external female genitalia to prevent women from experiencing any pleasure during sex. Many women will even find that sex is painful because of the procedure they underwent in their childhood.
In November alone, a total of 466 cases of FGM were reported, while in October, 455 incidents were identified, the Independent reports. Decembers figures are expected to be higher.
FGM has been illegal in the UK since 1985, however, no one has been sentenced for carrying out or sanctioning the horrific procedure, RT reports.
Dhanuson Dharmasena will be the first person to stand trial for performing FGM on a 24-year-old woman immediately after she gave birth. The doctor performed the procedure at the request of her husband, who wanted Dharmasena to repair the permanent stitches that were ripped out during labor.
Both men have pleaded “not guilty” to charges and will stand trial in May.
“It is vital all health professionals are trained to spot the signs of FGM and that girls who are subjected to this brutal practice get the post-traumatic support they deserve,” John Cameron of the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty told the Sunday Times.
Aside from physical and psychological trauma, FGM puts women at risk of infertility, problematic childbirth, infection, and even death.
At least 20,000 girls in the UK will be at risk of undergoing FGM each year. Still, 130 million women worldwide have suffered the procedure, most in Islamic countries.
