American Lawmaker Says ‘YES’ To Radical Islam On Your Kids’ College Campus

It’s a crazy world we live in when an American lawmaker says yes to radical Islam on our children’s college campuses, but that’s exactly what’s happening, no matter how unbelievable it may sound. Imagine a campus where students can become radicalized to go off to jihad against America, and it’s all condoned by the law. If our government has its way, that’s what could be happening very soon.

A congressman has introduced a law that will give college campuses the go-ahead to allow the Islamic State (ISIS/Daesh) to recruit your kids on college campuses and the green light for students to join active terrorist organizations. While many of us ask who in their right mind would allow the recruiting of terrorists and murderers on college campuses, that’s exactly what this lawmaker wants to do, and his reasoning will blow your mind.

Rep. Martin Daniel of Knoxville, Tennessee is arguing for a bill that he says will loosen free speech laws by allowing the Islamic State (ISIS) to recruit on college campuses, disguising it as a First Amendment issue:

During debate for the bill, Republican state Rep. Martin Daniel was asked by another representative whether or not ISIS should be able to stand in the middle of university campuses and “recruit for ISIS.” Daniel’s response? “Yes.” He likened ISIS recruitment to nothing more than having students “exposed to differing viewpoints.” — via the Political Insider

Wow, exposed to different viewpoints? This isn’t a poetry reading, where different people come up and read literary work about their viewpoint while others listen and sip tea. This is like during World War II, where the Hitler youth were allowed to actively recruit students to come to Germany and help take out those bad Americans and their allies.

It seems Rep. Daniels is upset that people are taking him at face value. He tried to backtrack on Facebook, saying it’s all good, all we need is more free speech, not more suppression of free speech. However, Daniels is delusional. ISIS is pure evil. They are a group of terrorists who use their “religion” as an excuse to murder for Allah. Terrorism isn’t protected by the First Amendment.

One comment, in response to Daniel’s statement, sums up the feelings most have about his misguided view, saying, “You should resign and tell folks you at least learned something from your uneducated comments. You might consider a little more education. This is a prime example of why the American people are outraged with our representatives in government.”

It’s scary that Daniels was ever elected to office. This is just another example of how screwed up things are in Washington. If idiots like Daniels are the best we can do, it reflects the sorry state of the country, and here’s the even bigger shocker — this guy is a Republican. We better wake up and really take an interest in who we are sending to represent us. If I lived in his district, I would make sure he was not re-elected and never held another authority position again, not even as the community dog catcher.
