Enjoy.)During a bogus, leftist protest of the Trump administration, a radical demonstrator climbed the base of the Statue of Liberty. The ridiculous stunt closed down the monument. NYPD officers were forced to climb the statue in order to apprehend the protestor. Now, this America-hating radical is facing the full brunt of our justice system.
Since the election of Donald Trump, there has been no end of bogus protests. Across the country, radical leftists have gathered to simply complain about the man who is president.
Most of the time, they are complaining about things that aren’t even accurate. The left-wing media pushes fake news that is then repeated, again and again, by paid protesters during these “demonstrations.”
Over the summer, we saw numerous protests by “immigration activists” complaining about the Trump administration’s treatment of apprehended aliens. People who tried to enter the country illegally were detained for processing. They have no rights in this country and should be deported. Yet these liberal protesters demanded these aliens be treated better than American citizens.
We saw radical leftists demand the abolition of ICE, the one agency dedicated to protecting us from criminal aliens. They accused Donald Trump of separating children and parents at the border, a policy employed by Barack Obama.
Perhaps the worst of these protests took place at the Statue of Liberty on July 4. A group of 40 activists disrupted the day’s activities, interfering with the thousands who came to visit the monument. But that wasn’t even good enough. One of the protesters — a Congolese national — decided to grab national headlines. Breaking the law, she climbed the base of the Statue of Liberty.
That foolish stunt shut down the monument and forced police to rescue the idiotic woman. Even after she was taken into custody, she spewed anti-American hate.
Now, she is facing the full penalty for her crimes.

Judge Gabriel Gorenstein on found [Therese Okoumou] guilty of trespassing, disorderly conduct and interfering with government functions; those convictions could put her in jail for up to 18 months…
“Okoumou, 44, came to court in a blue outfit littered with statements protesting Trump’s immigration policies, including ‘No human is illegal on stolen land.’”…
The prosecutor pointed out that Okoumou endangered not only herself, but NYPD cops who rescued her and thousands of visitors to the island. One of her rescuers, Detective Brian Glacken of the NYPD’s elite emergency services unit, detailed for the judge what he and his team endured in order to rescue Okoumou, saying it was “difficult due to the fact that there were not a lot of places to hold on to or hang on to.” A video showed Glacken leading other rescuers as they carefully made their way along a perilous ledge by the statue’s feet, tethered to ropes at the time. Glacken said of the ropes, “With my weight, it’d probably snap and slow me down for a second before hitting the ground.” [Source: The Daily Wire]
You’d think that in a super-liberal city like New York, they’d show a woman like this some leniency. But it’s good to know that not all judges in the Big Apple are brain-dead Democrats.
When a foreigner endangers the lives of New York’s finest, the city isn’t too happy about it. Okoumou tried to hide behind bogus claims of protesting, but that wasn’t good enough. New York police officers had to risk their lives to get her to come down. During that ordeal, she threatened to kick their ladders out from under them.
This woman has been nothing but a thorn in the side of our country — and even her own movement. After being arrested, she spewed vile hate against the United States and our people.
The Congolese national who climbed the Statue of Liberty to protest President Trump’s immigration policies on the Fourth of July began shouting several anti-American phrases outside a Manhattan courthouse Friday, according to a video of the incident.
Therese Okoumou, 44, who faces charges of misdemeanor trespassing, interference with a government agency, and disorderly conduct for scaling Lady Liberty out of protest, appeared outside the Manhattan courthouse Friday shouting anti-American epithets in front of a crowd of supporters, the New York Post reported.
“America, you motherfuckers! You drug addicts! You KKK! You fascist USA,” she said, according to the video. [Source: Breitbart]
To think, this is the kind of person the left is embracing when they push their radical immigration agenda. When Democrats refuse to enforce our laws and build the wall, they aren’t trying to help Americans. They are trying to helping foreigners like Okoumou, who endangered the lives of citizens and police.
She is someone who hates our country and spews ugly curses at us. There are many more like her out there, demanding we lower our borders and let them in.
