As rumors swirl regarding her “geriatric pregnancy” and with the British press turning on the former D-list actress, the 37-year-old Duchess snapped after Queen Elizabeth and Prince Harry discovered her shocking Christmas scheme. But, that’s not all. You don’t want to miss the latest shocking details of this fairy tale gone wrong.
Last Christmas, the world watched as the newly engaged Meghan Markle goofed around, sticking out her tongue at the paparazzi, as she joined the Royal Family for their Christmas celebrations. Her juvenile antics were largely dismissed by the British press who wanted to love the former American actress. Oh, what a difference a year makes.
Meghan’s life within the Royal Family has become a nightmare of her own making. For months, the former Suits star has refused to follow royal protocols. But, that may have been overlooked by the press, as they did with Princess Diana. Yet, it is Meghan Markle’s manipulative, scheming ways that have caught the attention of the people, and the 37-year-old Duchess is finding out the hard way that the Queen sees right through her.
Meghan tried utilizing her secret PR to score an invite for her mother to join the Royals for Christmas at Sandringham. Weeks before Christmas, media outlets were gushing that Doria Ragland had been given the coveted invite directly from Her Majesty.
Back in November, Daily Mail reported that Queen Elizabeth invited Doria to join them for the first Christmas since Meghan Markle married into the royal family. It seems Meghan was determined to turn her bad press around, leaking these stories about Doria and Christmas to the press. The rumor that the American divorcee had driven Kate to tears right before her wedding would be forgotten if she could get headlines like this one in the Daily Mail: “Queen ‘invites Meghan’s mother Doria to spend Christmas with Royal Family at Sandringham’ – an offer never made to Kate’s relatives.”
Now, it’s believed this was just media hype from Meghan’s own PR team, and it didn’t work on the Queen or on Markle’s husband, Prince Harry.
“Even though it sounds really dramatic and like Doria rejected the Queen’s invitation, it’s reportedly unlikely that an invite was ever extended to Doria in the first place,” reported Cosmopolitan.
Meghan’s big Christmas scheme was to upstage her sister-in-law, the future queen-consort Kate Middleton, and to show the people that the Queen really loves her best. She was banking on Doria’s Christmas invite to overshadow all the bad press. Well, when that didn’t happen, the Duchess flew into a temper tantrum.

It all came to a head on December 10th when she crashed the British Fashion Awards and proceeded to incessantly cradle her baby bump on stage. Reactions included, “Repellent,” “Disgusting,” and “Narcissist.”
Meghan shocked Royal staffers as she demanded to attend the British Fashion Awards. She wasn’t scheduled to be a presenter, but at the last minute, she crashed the event and ended up on stage.
Then, she acted bizarrely as she cradled the baby bump. Mothers on social media found her actions outlandish, while some even commented to suggest that she isn’t pregnant at all and it’s a “moon bump,” something one can buy online to look pregnant. Reports that Markle had frozen her eggs and had IVF can be found online.
Adding fuel to the fire, Meghan also had an informal pregnancy contract with her first husband. Yeah, we can’t make this up. “Meghan asked [Trevor] Engelson to sign an informal pregnancy contract in which he agreed to pay for a personal trainer and nutritionist to help her stay healthy and in shape during the pregnancy and after,” reported Mercury News. “For Meghan, the biggest issue was preserving her figure, her former friend claimed.”
Wow, wouldn’t the biggest issue be having a healthy baby? No, Meghan’s all about Meghan, and her career and social status take precedence over anyone and anything.
Meghan Markle can no longer hide her true colors. No one made her marry into the British Royal Family, and she was no naive schoolgirl who had no idea what she was getting into. That’s why no one feels sorry for her and the majority of the people side with the Queen, who has devoted her entire life to serving the British people. Meghan’s no breath of fresh air; she spreads her self-serving toxicity wherever she goes.
