Wanting to show off a bit, an Instagram model decided to post a braggadocious video of her in the gym. Unfortunately for her, things didn’t exactly turn out as expected when viewers saw what else was accidentally showing in the clip – and she’s got to be mortified now that everyone’s seen it.
Gracyanne Barbosa is a Brazilian fitness model who is known for one thing – her butt. With over 5.2 million followers, it’s safe to say that she’s been successful in her line of work, but the added attention hasn’t been all positive.
As it turns out, people seem to be turning on her in recent days over a video that showed her doing a few squats. With all the added eyes on her, it seems that a few people picked up on what else was accidentally showing in the clip.
According to YouTube user Nick Miller, he states that she’s using fake weights. Clearly seen in the video, her weights miraculously don’t match all the rest seen in the gym as the facility seems to have uniform style equipment:
Sadly that’s not all, as there are a few other signs in the footage that seem to indicate she’s faking. For one, those look like 45-pound weights. With 8 plates and the bar, you’re looking at over 400 pounds.
As can be seen, she squats the weights 10 times without any effort, a support belt, help from her trainer, or even sweating a little bit. As if that wasn’t enough, her other videos seem to show her going over to the dumbells and using the 5 pounders for a punishing workout (please note the sarcasm here):

There seems to be a lot of speculation around Ms. Barbosa, concerning things like a fake butt (implants) and steroid use, but this seems to be the icing on the cake for quite a few people. Apparently, making it in the Instagram game is rather difficult, considering how many people use it.
However, when you have over 5 million fans, well, one can only imagine how hard it is to keep up on appearances. Of course, things get a whole lot easier when you start faking everything, lying to your fans, and basically ripping everyone off with fake “you can do it too” promises.
The fact of the matter here is that a ripped physique takes hard work and dedication that most people don’t have. Not only do you have to go the extra mile, but you have to be willing to commit to the long term.
Just take it from the guy who called her out. Here’s Nick:
Considering how much work, effort, and dedication this takes, it’s no wonder he’s ticked off. Here he is, busting his butt like so many others trying to make it work, and here comes a phony traipsing along, flashing her butt implants, and having things handed to her.
Unfortunately for her, most adults know that cheaters never win in the long run. They may get to have some fun before they’re figured out, but in the end, they get exactly what’s coming to them.
Seeing how Ms. Barbosa has taken down her video from her Instagram page, it’s safe to say that people are catching on. It’s only a matter of time before people show her exactly what they think of cheaters – and these cases usually end in someone’s career crashing and burning. Do it right or don’t do it at all. It’s really as simple as that.
