Mueller Misleads Americans & Lays Groundwork For Impeachment, Then Gets Destroyed

Robert Mueller broke his silence on the Special Counsel investigation today as he addressed the nation from the Department of Justice. The 74-year-old former FBI Director mislead the American people on one key point and hinted that the president obstructed justice. Mueller then laid the groundwork for Trump’s impeachment. However, he totally got destroyed within minutes. Don’t miss this.

The leftist media scored major points today, thanks to Robert Mueller. Just like his cohort James Comey, Mueller broke all the unwritten rules by addressing the nation on the Special Counsel investigation. We all remember Comey doing the same thing on the Hillary Clinton email investigation.

Mueller definitely had a political agenda today. With growing pressure from the Democrats and with the heat dialed up on his good buddy Comey, Mueller felt he needed to give Americans his highly biased opinion on the obstruction of justice part of the investigation into President Trump.

We would like to remind Americans that this Special Counsel investigation was all started thanks to James Comey. After Comey was fired, he testified that he leaked classified documents, a memo between him and the president, to get an investigation into Trump. It was pure payback.

“I asked a friend of mine to share the content of the memo with a reporter,” Comey told the Senate Intelligence Committee on June 8th, 2017. “I didn’t do it myself for a variety of reasons but I asked him to because I thought that might prompt the appointment of a Special Counsel.”

And isn’t it curious Comey’s friend Robert Mueller gets appointed to lead that investigation? Comey was smart enough to know all his dirty deeds and the alleged illegal spying on Trump would come to light, and this Special Counsel was always a ruse to deflect from all of that.

Which brings us to Robert Mueller today. Mueller was there to lay the groundwork for Congress to impeach President Trump, plain and simple, but he had one big problem.

“[I]f we had had confidence that the president clearly did not commit a crime, we would have said so. We did not, however, make a determination as to whether the president did commit a crime,” said Mueller on the obstruction of justice charge.

“The introduction to the Volume 2 of our report explains that decision. It explains that under long-standing department policy, a president cannot be charged with a federal crime while he is in office,” said Mueller. “And second, the opinion says that the Constitution requires a process other than the criminal justice system to formally accuse a sitting president of wrongdoing.”

Well, wait a minute. This is Robert Mueller giving his personal opinion just like his buddy Comey did with Hillary Clinton. This is highly unprofessional. Yes, Mueller is talking about impeachment.

However, he is being exceptionally misleading. Of course, he could have come to the conclusion that Trump obstructed justice. In fact, Bill Clinton, who was a sitting president at the time, was charged with 11 counts by Ken Starr’s Special Counsel.

“[T]he Starr Report outlined a case for impeaching Clinton on 11 grounds, including perjury, obstruction of justice, witness-tampering, and abuse of power, and also provided explicit details of the sexual relationship between the president and Ms. Lewinsky,” reported

“Mueller very wrongly described this report,” said Andy McCarthy, former Assistant US Attorney on Fox News. “It’s simply not true that he couldn’t make a decision to make an obstruction case. The guidance doesn’t say the president could never be indicted. It says a sitting president can never be indicted.”

“But the prosecutor who has the job can make that determination ‘do we have a case or not’ if you decide you do have a case and then the Justice Department wants to invoke that a sitting president can’t be indicted so be it. But Mueller’s job was to find out ‘do we have a prosecutable case or not?'” concluded McCarthy.

Now, we know Mueller could have charged Trump. Bill Clinton was charged with 11 impeachable offenses. The truth is Robert Mueller is a political hack who hired every anti-Trump attorney he could find to investigate the president.

The truth is Mueller did not have a case. Mueller had to know well over a year ago there was no collusion. However, he chose to keep going and hoped to entrap Trump in this ridiculous obstruction of justice charge. That was the game plan. In the end, he could not entrap Trump. So what does he do?

Mueller acts as a political figure, not as a prosecutor. He does the country a major disservice by coming out and making this highly biased inappropriate statement hoping to muddy the waters making Americans believe Trump obstructed justice but he just couldn’t charge him.

That’s a downright lie. Clinton was charged by Ken Starr, and Mueller could have charged Trump. It’s time Americans get the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, so help us God.

If you care about justice, make sure all your family and friends get this vital information. Stand up for the truth and stand up for your president. Only total sunlight on these matters will make sure the deep state rats like Mueller and Comey scurry back under their rocks for good.
