For over a year, we’ve had to sit by as Robert Mueller’s “special investigation” made a mockery of our country. But it looks like Mueller is going to have a hard time, now that President Donald Trump unleashed his new weapon. This probe is sure to end once and for all.
The vast majority of Americans know the Russian probe is a hoax. While a few Russian trolls tried to mess with social media during the election, there has been zero evidence pointing to a Trump-Putin alliance. The “Russian collusion” story has been hyped up by the fake news media. Any honest person knows it hasn’t held any water since the beginning (even CNN’s people admit that).
Yet the American people still have to live through the injustice of Mueller’s probe. After all this time, what has the special investigator come up with? Nothing to link President Trump or his campaign to Russia. We only learned about completely unrelated charges and raids — which still do not implicate the President in any way. Clearly, Mueller is abusing his power, going after anyone remotely connected with Trump, just to smear him.
Meanwhile, we keep learning of the corruption of Hillary Clinton, the DNC, and Barack Obama during the 2016 election. Money was laundered, laws were broken, and people were spied on. Where are the investigations and prosecutions?
Most recently Robert Mueller raided Donald Trump’s lawyer’s office and home. It had nothing to do with Russia, and it was just an attempt to intimidate the man and to make Trump look bad. But the President refuses to be cowed by the left and anti-Trump swamp dwellers. He just announced a new member of his legal team. This long-time lawyer — and American hero — is sure to make Mueller quake in his boots.
Former New York mayor Rudolph W. Giuliani and two other former federal prosecutors joined President Trump’s legal team Thursday following weeks of turbulence and struggles to find attorneys who would agree to represent the president in the ongoing federal probe into Russian election interference…
“I’m doing it because I hope we can negotiate an end to this for the good of the country and because I have high regard for the president and for Bob Mueller,” Giuliani said in an interview Thursday.

Many have speculated on why Robert Mueller continues to drag out this investigation. Liberals crow on the news, claiming he will find key evidence that will “take down” the Trump administration. But after all this time, what has he come up with? A big fat zero. Yet Mueller wastes Americans’ time and money on a fruitless investigation.
The appointment of Rudolph Giuliani to Donald Trump’s legal team might be a bit of revisiting the past. You may remember the rumors swirling about Giuliani’s role in the Trump administration. During the election, he was a regular fixture at rallies. Giuliani fought hard for Trump. Yet when the time came for Trump to select an Attorney General, it went to former Senator Jeff Sessions.
That may have been a mistake. Sessions immediately recused himself from the Russian investigation, forcing the appointment of Mueller. Had the Attorney General lead the investigation, it could have ended quickly. Instead, we’ve had to put up with this nonsense for over a year. Now, perhaps, Trump is correcting that error, by hiring Giuliani.
Counsel to the President Jay Sekulow confirmed the news in a statement to reporters.
“I have had the privilege of working with Mayor Giuliani for many years, and we welcome his expertise,” he said…
“Rudy is great,” Trump said in the statement. “He has been my friend for a long time and wants to get this matter quickly resolved for the good of the country.”
Giuliani was a rumored candidate to serve as Trump’s attorney general, but the job went to Sen. Jeff Sessions instead, who recused himself from the ongoing Russia investigation.

Giuliani is a highly-respected figure in our country. After 9/11, he helped New York City recover and rebuild. He was once named “America’s Mayor.” Since then, he’s championed conservative causes throughout the country. As a lawyer from New York, you better believe he doesn’t let anyone push him around. With Giuliani squaring off against Mueller’s bogus investigation, things might be wrapping up sooner than anyone expects.
Perhaps this charade of a “special investigation” will end once and for all. The left will have to invent a new ridiculous reason to attack Trump.
