The House Speaker has been under pressure for weeks, and she took it out on President Donald Trump. “I’m done with him!” declared Pelosi referring to the president. However, the 79-year-old Speaker is really losing her cool after she lost total control of the rabid far-leftist Democrats in the House. You’ll love this.
Nancy Pelosi has been losing it in public lately, and she is directing all her anger on President Trump. Last Tuesday, the Speaker was caught saying she’d like to see Trump “in prison.” Now, she is claiming she’s “done with him.” What’s really going on with Nancy Pelosi?
Well, it seems her breakdown started last Tuesday while in Normandy. As Trump was having his best state visit ever, shining on the world stage and celebrating the 75th anniversary of D-Day, Pelosi shocked the world by saying she would like to see Trump in prison.
Trump counter-punched Pelosi’s prison comment, calling her “vindictive” and “nasty.” He then dubbed the House Speaker: “Nervous Nancy.” The president went on to say Pelosi is “losing it.”
Now, a week later, Pelosi seemed to be having a good interview with a friendly leftist media outlet, CNN, when the 79-year-old lost her cool for no reason at all.
“We never criticize a president of the United States when we are overseas,” Pelosi said during an interview with CNN’s Manu Raju, even though she was caught doing just that. “The president took a different tack. I’m done with him! I don’t even want to talk about him.”
This strange attack comes out of nowhere. The truth is Pelosi is furious she has lost control of the House as they betrayed her.
“Tensions between Pelosi and Trump have escalated in the past week after Pelosi reportedly told Democratic leaders in private that she wants to see the President ‘in prison,'” CNN reports.
The tension hasn’t escalated between Pelosi and Trump. No, the truth comes out in the Speaker’s next statements. She has lost control of the far-leftists Democrats who ratted her out and leaked what she said behind closed doors.
“Did you actually say that, did you actually say that the President, you’d rather see him in prison,?” Raju asked.
Pelosi responded, “When we have conversations in our caucus, they stay in our caucus. Do people think there’s some impeachable offenses that the President committed? Yes. How serious are they? Are they criminal? Many people think they are.”
However, Pelosi knows what she said in private was leaked by the only people in that room: the Democrats.
So, what is the major problem that the far-leftist Democrats have with Nancy Pelosi? Well, it all goes back to the impeachment issue. During the same interview, Pelosi said that an impeachment inquiry is “not off the table,” but she also downplayed the possibility that House Democrats will go down the path of impeachment.
When asked if she would support an inquiry if a majority of her caucus wants to go forward with it, the Speaker dismissed the question, saying that “it’s not even close in our caucus” and later saying, “why are we even speculating on hypotheticals?”
This is what caused Pelosi to lose her cool. Behind closed doors, the Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez wing of the far-leftists, including Rep. Maxine Waters, Rep. Ilhan Omar, Rep. Rashida Tlaib, and Rep. Adam Schiff, are pushing Pelosi to give the green light and start the impeachment process.
When Pelosi puts her foot down knowing this isn’t a smart move as the majority of Americans are not in favor of impeachment, those far-left Democratic rats turn on Pelosi and leaked her remark about wanting to see Trump in prison.
It was a huge betrayal and proves the Democrats are thinking about removing Pelosi as the Speaker of the House.
“Right now, there are around 60 House Democrats who support an inquiry, a number that has risen in recent weeks but is still a fraction of the overall total of House Democrats,” CNN added. “Pelosi has so far resisted starting an impeachment inquiry, even as a growing number of House Democrats have said publicly they are in favor of starting one.”
Nancy Pelosi may be a leftist and at times is suffering from brain freezes and glitches, but one thing she is not is stupid.
The California Democrat is an astute politico who understands how to play the game. She knows these far-left Democrats of the AOC wing’s obsession with impeachment is one of the worst moves they could make. Now, they are betraying her and might move to replace her. Nothing could bode better for President Trump. Let’s hope the Democratic rats get their big wish.
