Barack Obama is quite possibly the most narcissistic human being on the planet. He announced a bold and rather annoying plan that extends beyond January 20, 2017, which includes being a pain in the butt to every conservative in the United States. Obama promises that he’s not leaving after Donald Trump is inaugurated, and his big plans are making everyone roll their eyes.
Obama is determined to continue to shape politics for as long as he can after leaving office. To his own dismay, he will no longer be the president. He’s begrudgingly handing the reigns over to Trump, and he’s severely butt hurt about it. We all heard it in his arrogant voice, leaving us apprehensive that he won’t just go quietly. Now, he’s said that indeed, he will not.
“And as I prepare to take on the even more important role of citizen, know that I will be there with you every step of the way to ensure that this country forever strives to live up to the incredible promise of our founding – that all of us are created equal, and all of us deserve every chance to live out our dreams,” Obama said.
Oh, goody. We aren’t losing a president, but gaining a useless community organizer. Unfortunately, this is not the first time Obama has sworn to remain active in politics either. Last March, he announced that he and his family would remain in Washington “a couple of years so Sasha can finish [school]. Transferring someone in the middle of high school — tough.”
The Obamas have already arranged for housing in Washington’s upscale Kalorama neighborhood, although it’s clear the soon to be ex-first family assumed that the criminal Hillary Clinton would be replacing the socialist. Obama’s policies have worked out great for him, as Kalorama is an expensive area to live in, and the rest of America has suffered income loss under his presidency. But, I digress.
Obama even promised he would defend the Democrat’s agenda of a government controlled society once he’s out of the White House, which looks great for politicians but horrible for everyday Americans.
“I promise you that next year Michelle and I are going to be right there with you, and the clouds are going to start parting and the sun is going to come back out, and we’re going to be busy, involved in the amazing stuff that we’ve been doing all these years before,” Obama said.
Barack Obama must know that with Donald Trump set to take the helm soon, his legacy is all but vapor at this point. Unfortunately, that hasn’t stopped him from being as condescending and arrogant as he always has been to those who disagree with him. The huge divide in America was caused by the Obama presidency and will continue for years. However, let’s start out 2017 with a little optimism and hope that Trump can help squash the policies of Democrats that have divided us for the past eight years.
