Enjoy.)Whiling stumping for Democrats in Florida, former President Barack Obama attacked President Donald Trump. He accused Trump of abusing his authority in the area of citizenship. Patriots were quick to respond, pointing out Obama’s own words that condemn him.
Much of what Obama has said during recent speeches has left Americans baffled. The man who presided over one of the worst U.S. economies is taking credit for Trump’s recovery. The once “golden boy” of the Democrats is trying to muster support for some truly pitiful candidates.
Obama has come off angry, bitter, and more than a little unstable. His entire argument is aimed at turning Americans against Trump — you know, the president who brought back jobs, lowered taxes, and helped raise wages.
During a speech in Florida in support of weakling Bill Nelson and corrupt Andrew Gillum, Obama accused Trump of abusing his power. He claimed the “president doesn’t get to decide on his own who’s an American citizen and who’s not.” Thise are pretty troubling words, if you ask me.

It seems like Obama is speaking in support of illegal aliens, right? After all, the president does have the authority to protect our borders and prevent illegal entry by outsiders. That’s all that Trump is doing. Obama claims Trump is overreaching by preventing undocumented immigrants from coming in and staying.
But that shouldn’t surprise us. We know that Obama wants more aliens to enter the country so that they can support Democrats in elections. What is surprising is how short Obama’s memory is. It wasn’t that long ago when he boasted how he can circumvent Congress to get his way.
You know Democrats are getting desperate when they start dragging out Obama at the last minute to campaign for them … especially when he starts rambling about American citizenship. We found this particular tidbit where Obama started lecturing Trump about how a president doesn’t get to decide who is and isn’t an American citizen especially hilarious because that’s exactly what 44 tried to do.

What’s all this “pen and phone” business? Back in 2014, President Obama complained that Congress wasn’t cooperating with his agenda. He openly announced he’d abuse his executive authority to force his plans through — Congress be damned.
“We’re not just going to be waiting for legislation in order to make sure that we’re providing Americans the kind of help they need. I’ve got a pen and I’ve got a phone,” Obama said Tuesday as he convened his first Cabinet meeting of the year.
Obama continued: “And I can use that pen to sign executive orders and take executive actions and administrative actions that move the ball forward in helping to make sure our kids are getting the best education possible, making sure that our businesses are getting the kind of support and help they need to grow and advance, to make sure that people are getting the skills that they need to get those jobs that our businesses are creating.” [Source: CBS News]
Of course, even with that “pen and phone,” he didn’t do any of the things he’s promised. Obama was more interested in using government to make his buddies rich while neglecting millions of Americans.
This statement has come back to haunt the former president. He had no trouble going around Congress to push his agenda. Instead of working with members of the House and Senate to craft lasting solutions, Obama signed one executive order after another to get his way. Rarely did he even try to get the approval of Congress.
Yet today, he’s accusing Trump of abusing his power. Even though Trump has time and again urged Congress to back his agenda. Trump has called for Congress to find a permanent solution to DACA (one of Obama’s many screw-ups). He’s gotten the support of Congress when he slashed taxes for Americans. And let’s not forget the support he received from the Senate when they confirmed his Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh — even as Democrats tried to smear him.
None of that matters to Obama. All that matters is undermining the sitting president. Obama and the left will say and do anything to get back power. The rule of law does not matter to them. Citizens and our freedoms don’t matter.
All that matters is getting their way. Remember that, when you go to the polls.
