Appearing on MSNBC with host Rachel Maddow, the 29-year-old former bartender could hardly catch her breath as she claimed the president was killing people at the border. Forgetting the word for “coolers,” the Junior Congresswoman said, “These children are being held in basically freezing boxes!” Well, that’s when she got utterly destroyed. You’ll love this.
Leave it to Rachael Maddow to book the fact-challenged Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez to give a rebuttal to President Trump’s Oval Office address. The delusional Congresswoman from New York wasted no time citing bogus statistics and leveling ridiculous allegations at the president and his administration.
“Everyday immigrants commit crimes at a far lower rate than native-born Americans,” Ocasio-Cortez said. “And not only that but the women and children on the border seeking refuge and opportunity in the United States of America with nothing but the shirt on their backs are acting more American than any person who seeks to keep them out ever will be.”
The very fact that illegal aliens are “illegal” means 100% of them have committed a crime. This is Ocasio-Cortez parroting the Democratic talking points. In the last two years, ICE officers made 266,000 arrests of aliens with criminal records including those charged or convicted of 100,000 assaults, 30,000 sex crimes, and 4,000 violent killings, Trump pointed out last night.
The former bartender then went on a tirade about ICE (Immigration & Customs Enforcement) which she sees as a criminal organization that should be outlawed. “The president should not be asking for more money to an agency (ICE) that has systematically violated human rights. The president should be really defending why we are funding such an agency when right now what we are seeing is death,” charged Ocasio-Cortez.
And it’s so ironic that only two days ago she had been shown dismissing the value of facts, saying on CBS’ 60 Minutes, saying, “I think that there’s a lot of people more concerned about being precisely, factually, and semantically correct than about being morally right.”
Then, the 29-year-old Socialist made her biggest gaffe of the night, claiming, “Right now what we are seeing is the violation of human rights. These children and families are being held in what is called ‘hieleras’ which are basically ‘freezing boxes’ that no person should be maintained in for any amount of time let alone the amount of time they are being kept.”

Hieleras is a Spanish word for “coolers.” Yes, we are talking about Coleman coolers you pour ice into and wheel around. So, according to Ocasio-Cortez, President Trump is housing illegals in Coleman coolers.
Well, Americans were outraged that this so-called Congresswoman spouts such utter nonsense and the Democrats hang on her every word. “I’m Your Spartacus” tweeted, “@AOC @Acosta Tell the 5 month old son of Ronil Singh about freezing boxes, About the separation of children from their parent. Social media was overflowing with angry Americans who find Ocasio-Cortez and her rhetoric dangerous. There is no doubt her Twitter feed was filled with harsh words by Americans who are sick and tired of these Democratic lies. The sad reality is she is probably going to be with us for a long time as a Congresswoman. Her district is heavily Democratic, so she would have to be ousted by someone in her own party.
And her conclusion, in which she reiterated that the immigrants at the border were more American than any citizen should make your skin crawl. The tired claim that President Trump and anyone who supports him is racist, is all these dimwits have left to make sense out of their allegiance to illegal aliens over legal citizens of the United States.
Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s talking points were utterly destroyed by the truth, and it’s up to every patriotic American to make sure her lies are exposed. We owe it to our children and grandchildren to aid President Trump in this battle over the wall.
