Omar Just Told Crowd About 9/11: ‘Some People Did Something,’ Instantly Regrets It

Rep. Ilhan Omar was just caught once again dismissing the 9/11 attacks. However, this time she was giving the keynote speech to the Council on American-Islamic Relations. “CAIR was founded after 9/11 because they recognized that some people did something,” said the Minnesota Congresswoman. Well, instantly she was made to regret it. Don’t miss this.

Rep. Ilhan Omar is really making a name for herself, and not in a good way. Not only does she ignore that the 9/11 attacks were carried out by Muslim extremists, but she also has spread a slew of damaging lies about President Donald Trump and his administration.

“Omar delivered the keynote speech at a fundraiser for CAIR in late March and urged Muslim Americans to ‘raise hell’ and ‘make people uncomfortable.’ In one part of her speech that surfaced on Twitter this week, Omar described the 9/11 attacks in a peculiar way,” the Daily Caller reports.

CAIR was founded after 9/11 because they recognized that some people did something and that all of us were starting to lose access to our civil liberties,” Omar said. But that’s not all.

Responding to news of DHS Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen’s resignation, which takes effect Wednesday, Omar chided the Trump administration for what she believes is a troubling pattern of dehumanizing immigration policies.

Omar claimed without evidence that Nielsen was responsible for “locking toddlers in cages” and “repeatedly lying” about the migrant crisis involving children. Well, those are blatant lies. Even the far-left fact checkers Snopes and the Associated Press had to admit these were policies and pictures from the Obama administration in 2014.

A rabid “fake news” activist started the viral postings in June 2018 on Twitter. As you can see, he keeps his tweet posted and refuses to delete it even though Twitter users have proven he is lying:

“The photos, taken by The Associated Press, were from 2014, during the Obama administration, but were presented by liberal activists as if they showed the effects of Trump’s immigration policy now,” the AP reported.

Another big lie the 37-year-old is telling has to do with the president calling illegals “animals.” Omar claimed Trump referred to migrant asylum-seekers as “animals,” a lie that has widely circulated among the mainstream media and Trump’s detractors in recent days.

However, it is completely misleading. Instead, the comment, which Trump made in 2018, was made in reference to MS-13 gangsters — not migrants seeking political asylum, as PolitiFact noted. Well, all this lying by the Congresswoman, especially about the 9/11 attacks, has made many Americans really angry.

“Yes, go on, what people?” asked Twitter user “Man Bear Pig” about Omar’s 9/11 remarks. “And what did they do? Unbelievable that 9/11 = ‘some people did something’ meanwhile enforcing domestic immigration laws = ‘Nazi concentration camps.'”

“Why is a Hamas supporting radical Islamist allowed to serve in the United States Government!? That is the question that every US Citizen should be asking!!!!!” posted Twitter user “KW.”

Twitter user “Bill” posted a meme which shows the Twin Towers on fire during the 9/11 attacks. It says: “We said we would never forget. Why are you voting them into our government?”

“CAIR has notable ties to Islamic terrorist groups and was listed by the Department of Justice (DOJ) as an unindicted co-conspirator in funneling millions of dollars to Hamas. Omar’s speech to CAIR in March sparked a pro-Israel protest, wherein hundreds of protesters descended upon the venue and attacked Omar for her comments that many have perceived to be anti-Semitic,” the Daily Caller added.

Rep. Omar and her conspiracy theories about the president and his administration are dangerous. And the fact she refuses to acknowledge the 9/11 attacks as a horrendous event in America carried out by Muslim extremists should be the tipping point to start her immediate recall from Congress.

It used to be, no matter what, all Americans were patriots first. It didn’t matter what political party you were affiliated with or what religion you professed — when our country was threatened we all were as one standing together. It looks like those days are gone.

Now, we have a Democratic Party that protects a blatant liar who loathes everything this country stands for. Well, it’s time Omar is recalled and replaced by Minnesotans. We can’t afford to have a United States Congresswoman spew her hatred of America. Even one more day is too long.
