Omar’s Worst Nightmare – Iraqi War Vet Hellbent On Ending Her Time In Congress

Rep. Ilhan Omar may be living it up in Italy with Nancy Pelosi right now, but while she is away, one man has become the Minnesota Congresswoman’s worst nightmare. Iraqi war veteran Chris Kelley lives and is a police officer in Minnesota’s 5th Congressional District, which is the district Omar represents. He just unleashed holy hell on the arrogant Democrat. You’ll love this.

Rep. Ilhan Omar will return from her big trip aboard to some disturbing news. One police officer from her own district, who is also an esteemed Iraqi war veteran, is so fed up with the Somali refugee’s antics as his Congresswoman, he is now hellbent on personally ending her time in Congress.

We are talking about Minneapolis Police Officer Chris Kelley.

Who better to challenge Omar in the 2020 Congressional race? This dedicated public servant who puts his life on the line serving the 5th district is announcing his bid to become Minnesota’s next Congressman.

“Now, Chris Kelley, who has collected eleven military medals as a 27-year veteran of the U.S. Army and Army Reserves and clocked more than 36,000 hours patrolling the Minnesota streets as a 20-year veteran of the Minneapolis Police Force, has his sights set on knocking Omar from her seat representing Minnesota’s 5th Congressional District in 2020,” reported Fox News.

“Chris Kelley lives and is a police officer in Minnesota’s 5th Congressional District. He has spent nearly three decades in the U.S. Army and Army Reserves and says Omar’s comments about the 9/11 attacks have offended him to his core,” the Washington Examiner reports.

The Democratic Minnesota representative famously referred to the 9/11 hijackers as “some people who did something” as she lamented Islamophobia in America and the societal burden Muslim people carry in the aftermath of the attacks.

That rubbed Officer Kelley the wrong way.

“September 11 was a terrible loss of life, not just for police officers and firefighters and other first responders, but 3,000 people and non-combatants died, and to be dismissive of that was an outrage. I could sit and complain or I could do something about it,” he told Fox News. “And I believe I can be a positive voice in standing up for people in our country, and for our first responders and the people every day on the frontlines.”

The Iraqi war hero has a message for Omar: “I’m coming for your seat in 2020.”

Kelley is no stranger to serving the public. In addition to his 20 years with Minneapolis Police Department, he also served in the United States Army and Army Reserves for 27 years.

Kelley let the public know that he’s more than capable of performing the duties necessary to give his people a well-represented voice.

“I have spent my entire adult life in public service; I know it, I feel it, I live it every day. CD 5 needs the voice of a worker who gets all people, not just some,” Kelley said, reported Law Enforcement Today.

Minnesota’s 5th District is heavily Democratic with a Cook Partisan Voting Index (CPVI) of D+26—by far the most Democratic district in the state. What this means is Minnesota’s 5th District sways voting Democrat by 26 points, which is why Officer Kelley will run as an Independent.

President Trump only lost Minnesota by just 1.5 percentage points, which was another shocker to the Democrat-stronghold state. This tells us there are many Democrats in Minnesota who are willing to consider voting outside their party.

Kelley is pro-Trump and aligns himself with all the president’s major policies. His wife who posts on Twitter under the moniker “The Blue Line Mom” tweeted: “My husband Chris Kelley, a serving Mpls police officer and US Army vet will be running against ILHAN OMAR as an Independent. He’ll be announcing soon!”

An internal poll reportedly “making the rounds of some of the most influential Democrats in America” shows that Rep. Ilhan Omar has a mere nine percent approval rating among swing-state voters.

The poll was obtained exclusively by Axios, which reports that the poll was conducted in May by Democratic leadership to assess the approval ratings of progressive Democrats among likely voters in swing states, which Minnesota has become thanks to President Donald Trump.

We certainly wish Officer Chris Kelley good luck in his quest to unseat Rep. Ilhan Omar. It will be one of the most important Congressional races to watch in 2020. Omar already has a big war chest thanks to funds from George Soros and Islamic extremist groups. We know Americans across the country will want to donate to Officer Kelley, which will be an investment in a true American hero.
