Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Thursday offered advice to illegal immigrants seeking to avoid arrest and deportation by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers.
“An ICE deportation warrant is not the same as a search warrant. If that is the only document ICE brings to a home raid, agents do not have the legal right to enter a home. If ICE agents don’t have a warrant signed by a judge, a person may refuse to open the door and let them in,” said Pelosi, reading from prepared remarks at her weekly press conference.
Pelosi was making these shocking remarks after President Donald Trump got the message loud and clear the 79-year-old Speaker was not doing a damn thing to fix the border as she had promised.
On June 22, Pelosi thanked the president for hitting the pause button on ICE deportations and raids. Trump did this only after the Speaker told him she would work to pass real immigration reform to quell the border crisis, something she failed to do.

That’s why the president had no choice but to reinstitute the ICE raids and deportations.
This caused Nancy Pelosi to unveil the Democrats’ real plans for the border. “While explaining why she will not allow Congress to debate, change or modify U.S. immigration laws, Pelosi outlines how the United States is part of a global society, without borders and without any sovereign right to impede the ‘human society’ from entering our nation. Therefore, according to her outlook and worldview, U.S. politicians have no right to stop any migration movement,” reports the Conservative Treehouse.
“Every person in America has rights,” said Pelosi.
“Tell me one thing that this majority has done in the amount of time that the speaker called the president and asked him to delay it? Has there been a hearing? Has there been a bill produced? Have we asked to stay over a weekend and solve this problem?” House minority leader Kevin McCarthy said. “I think if the president actually saw the House actually taking action, he probably would delay even further to make sure the problem gets solved.”
“[Pelosi] asked the president to delay it and he said he would,” McCarthy added. “It is the speaker who is causing this problem.”
Former acting ICE director Tom Homan blamed Democrats Wednesday for prolonging the border crisis saying their “hatred” for President Trump is more important to them than lives of illegal immigrant children, Fox News reported.
While appearing on “The Ingraham Angle,” host Laura Ingraham asked Homan if Democrats wanted to prolong the issues at the southern U.S.-Mexico border.
“Do you agree that the Democrats seem to want this crisis to go on?” Ingraham asked before adding, “I know that seems like a horrible thing to say.”
“I’ve said that for a year. They absolutely do,” Homan responded. “They want this president to fail on border security because their hatred of this president and their drive to see him fail is more important to them than the lives of women and children,” he added.
Americans were rightly outraged by Nancy Pelosi’s open border-helping illegals evade ICE stance.
“So sick and tired of these on American, traitors, if ice is knocking on your door it’s because you are not only here illegally you have a broken additional American laws, we don’t need Our Congressman working to aid and abet felons,” tweeted Elaine Lanzi.

The Democrats have used the border crisis as a political weapon. That’s why they don’t want to fix it. It’s not a mystery. Nancy Pelosi knows darn well what needs to be done to fix the crisis. It would take one afternoon session of Congress to pass legislation to close the loopholes in the Flores Act.
This is what the former ICE chief was saying. The Flores Act in an incentive that attracts families to bring children with them. If you present at the border with a child you will immediately be subject to catch and release. Come to court at a later date. It’s resulted in children being sold or rented by South American families. Why not close the loophole in the Flores Act?
If the Democrats really cared about kids, they would immediately do something about it. Instead, they scream about “kids in cages” and call President Trump a racist. That’s more important to Nancy Pelosi than ever doing anything to stop the crisis at the border.
