Pelosi appeared upset when a reporter asked her about the glaring speed of this impeachment process. “Speed? It’s been going on 22 months—two and a half years, actually,” the Speaker stated. “I think we are not moving with speed. Was it two a half years ago they initiated the Mueller investigation? It’s not about speed.” Well, that’s when she got an epic smackdown.
Democrats have been telling us for the last few months that the impeachment of President Trump is all about his Ukraine phone call. That happened on July 25, 2019.
At Politico’s Women Rule Summit in Washington, D.C., House Speaker Nancy Pelosi admitted the impeachment process of President Donald Trump has been going on for “two and a half” years.
When asked about criticisms of “the speed” of the House Democrats impeachment, Pelosi replied, “Speed? It’s been going on 22 months—two and a half years, actually.”
She continued, “I think we are not moving with speed. Was it two a half years ago they initiated the Mueller investigation? It’s not about speed. It’s about urgency. One of the charges against the president of the United States—saying he was violating the oath of office by asking for government to interfere in our election undermining the integrity of our elections.”
She added, “If we did not hold him accountable, he would continue to undermine our elections. Nothing less is at stake than the central point of our democracy, of a free and fair election not to be disrupted by foreign powers.”
Well, Americans are fed up, and rightly so. That’s why they blasted Pelosi for admitting what we already knew: the Democrats have been hellbent on impeaching Trump since the day he announced he was running for president.
Ole Nancy was in for a rude awakening as she got trounced on social media.

Nancy Pelosi is extremely hostile and downright bothered over this impeachment. In fact, many conservative analysts were shocked to learn of the very weak articles of impeachment the Democrats ultimately brought.
There is no bribery charge, no obstruction of justice. Instead, Pelosi comes up with these fake crimes of “abuse of power” and “obstruction of Congress.”
“Both articles are structurally deficient in the extreme. It will be interesting to see which House Democrats could possibly vote for these articles, especially article two. There is a possibility some Democrats will ignore Pelosi’s whip,” Conservative Treehouse reports.
“The weakness of the articles now actually appears to be a feature, not a flaw. The exercise of the ‘impeachment process’ was more of a political promise to the far-left radical base of the resistance movement itself. Structurally there is no strength to either article; they appear designed to fail in the Senate. Again, a feature not a flaw,” CTH adds.
This now makes sense concerning Nancy Pelosi’s comments. She knows her gamble on impeachment, which many say she was pushed into by the radical leftists, is a big stinker for the Democrats. Poor Nancy Pelosi will be remembered as the rogue Speaker who tried and failed to impeach one of the greatest presidents of all-time.
