Enjoy.)Senator Chuck Schumer has decided he wants the $5 billion dollars the president has set aside for the border wall, to fund his new program “to combat gun violence and white supremacy.” Schumer is mounting this campaign by adding pressure to weak GOP politicians who are trying to appease the far-left Democrats and their cohorts in the mainstream media. Well, you don’t want to miss how Americans reacted to this news.
Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) announced Tuesday that he will ask President Donald Trump to use his $5 billion set aside for border wall construction to combat gun violence and white supremacy.
“Schumer’s office said he would formally petition Trump to put the money towards the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to conduct research into gun violence extremism, FBI domestic terrorism programs, and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) programs to fight counter-violent extremism,” Breitbart reports.
“The dual scourges of gun violence and violent white supremacist extremism in this country are a national security threat, plain and simple, and it’s time the Trump administration and Republicans in Congress starting treating them as such,” Schumer said in a statement.
“Now Republicans and this administration need to put their money where their mouth is when it comes to addressing gun violence and stopping the rise of domestic terrorism, especially stemming from white supremacy,” the statement continued.
Trump diverted about several billion dollars in Pentagon funding for the border wall along the U.S. southern border with Mexico by declaring a national emergency in February.
Schumer announced his plan after CQ Roll Call reported that Senate Republicans sought to use $5 billion in domestic spending to fund the border wall.
But the shootings in El Paso, Texas, and Dayton, Ohio, have pressured lawmakers on both sides to address gun violence, and that is why Rush Limbaugh is warning President Donald Trump not to give in to them.
“I have deep questions about red flag laws, because I think they could end up being used to target law-abiding gun owners in order to confiscate their guns. Once you open up the avenue of taking guns away or imprisoning people before they do anything?” Rush asked.
“Now, it’s a Democrat idea, which is its first disqualifier to me. It means it sucks from the get-go. But I’m going to be flexible here. I think it’s their way of incrementally getting what they want, which is your gun or guns,” Limbaugh added.
Rush went on to give President Trump advice telling him not to fall for the ruse. He also admitted he knew there are those around Trump in the White House who are begging him to go along with Schumer.
“Trump hasn’t agreed to it. He just agreed to talk to them about it, which just in a political sense kind of takes the energy of the issue away from them,” Rush concluded.
Americans are livid at Chuck Schumer’s plan to take away the wall funding to chip away at our Second Amendment rights.

Rush Limbaugh summed up how ridiculous the Democrats’ anti-Second Amendment crusade has become.
“The Democrat Party has no problem taking away civil rights and guns from people who have not committed any crimes. Yet what do they want to do so? They want to give the vote to convicted rapists and felons, mass murderers — and, of course, illegal immigrants. But if you haven’t committed a crime, they have no problem taking away your civil rights. That’s what we’re up against,” Rush declared.
The Democrats are the party who wants to take away your freedoms. This is how a socialist nation works. The government has all the power. They tell you where to live and where to work, provide the crappy medical care they are in charge of, tell you what words are considered “hate speech,” and throw you in prison if you speak out against them.
Sound harsh? That’s the end product of socialism/communism nations in the past. It always starts out chipping away at freedoms and ends with them taking your life. Let’s make sure we back up President Trump and let him know we want nothing to do with any further gun control.
