Gene Simmons has never been known as one who’s shy, as he’s made a career out of screaming into a microphone as the co-lead singer for KISS, earning the stage persona “The Demon.” The bass-guitar-playing badass is still shocking people with what he just announced on live television that silenced everyone on the show and left liberals’ panties in a bunch.
As one of the few Donald Trump supporters in Hollywood, Gene Simmons isn’t upset about Hillary Clinton’s loss nor is he afraid to say how he really feels about his fellow celebrities who are crying about his candidate’s victory. While letting it rip on FOX Business News, the camera kept recording as he dropped a brutal truth bomb on his fellow celebrities that put these ridiculous idiots firmly in their place.
Simmons was born Chaim Witz before later changing his name to Eugene Klein, then becoming known as Gene Simmons during his legendary rock career. He is an Israeli-American who emigrated to the US at just 8 years old, and now, he is at a place in life where he doesn’t care about people’s sensitivities.
Because he is fed-up with his Hollywood “friends” who seem to have traded in their jobs in entertainment for deepening the divide in the country, Simmons departed on an epic tangent to entitled idiots in Tinseltown while talking politics and his thoughts on our newly elected president.
“I think celebrities should basically shut their pie holes and do what they do best — act, sing, tap dance … all that kind of stuff,” Simmons told the reporter Charles Payne. “President-elect Trump is the president. You can like it, you cannot like it. He’s the new president, that’s the end of the story,” he added, without an ounce of concern for political correctness, which he has been known for anytime he speaks about issues concerning our nation.
Simmons is one of the rare people in his town, filled with self-entitled people, who realizes that nobody cares about what an actor in a multi-million dollar mansion has to say about the “struggles” they face now with Trump as president.
The often ignored fact that Gene is an Israeli-born immigrant from Hungarian parents also is an unfortunate little detail that’s likely to make leftist heads explode. Not only is he a celebrity supporting Trump, he’s an immigrant supporting the President-elect, whose immigration policies were a point of controversy during his campaign.
Just as there’s a separation of church and state, the entertainment industry should separate themselves from politics as well as the habit of using their platform to spread hate for an elected official. If they can’t use their position for good, then they should just not say anything outside their craft at all.
