Teacher Busted For Sex With Student, Then Police Make A Second Horrid Discovery About Her

A North Carolina teacher was in for a bit more than she bargained after starting a physical relationship with one of her students. Unfortunately, things would only get worse when police launched an investigation into the female predator – and that’s when they found out what she hoped no one would ever know.

Erin McAuliffe

Erin McAuliffe didn’t work at Rocky Mount Preparatory School for long, but boy, did she go out with a bang – literally. According to Mail Online, she was hired in August of 2016 and was swiftly fired just 8 months later in May of 2017 after administrators learned that she was sexually involved with a student.

As one would imagine, officials at the school didn’t just terminate McAuliffe’s position but also filed a police report. This, in turn, prompted an investigation into the woman’s behavior, leading to yet another disturbing find.

Just one month after being fired, the former teacher has most recently been arrested after police made a second horrid discovery about her. WNCN CBS reports that McAuliffe wasn’t just having sex with one student, but three – one 16 years old and the other two being 17.

Come to find out, the sex-crazed woman couldn’t even make it a full year without targeting, preying on, and becoming physically involved with several students who she was supposed to be educating and mentoring. As a result, McAuliffe has been officially charged with three counts of sexual activity with a student and one count of indecent liberties with a minor.

Even though she is currently being held in the Carteret County Jail on $20,000 bond, parents in the community are rightfully concerned and mortified. As for the school, they’ve made their stance on the matter perfectly clear after releasing a statement, which said, “We have been fully cooperative with local law enforcement during the course of their handling of this matter.”

Danger is literally lurking around every corner in this day and age. However, the biggest threats come at the risk of our children. Sure, people may argue that these kids were old enough to know what they were doing and likely consented, but that’s not really the point here.

When it comes down to it, McAuliffe was placed in a position of power and had a duty to do right by those kids, no matter her own desires or theirs. In the end, she was supposed to be the one to say “no,” even if those kids couldn’t do it themselves.

At 25 years old, there are plenty of available men who this woman wouldn’t have had a single problem with luring into her bedroom. However, the fact that she instead chose to pick a younger demographic speaks volumes about the kind of woman she is. Furthermore, if this were a male teacher, preying on teen girls, the public would demand his head on a platter, labeling him a sex offender. McAuliffe is no better and no less monstrous just because she’s a female.

Kids go to school for a reason – to learn. If someone is unable to keep things professional, then they have no business being anywhere around children who can be easily influenced. In fact, perverts like this are finding out the hard way that there is a very real line you don’t cross, and if they can’t control themselves, they’ll be locked in a cage to ensure they don’t have the opportunity to do it again.
