In Miami, Florida, an 82-year-old gentleman was recently startled by the sound of an intruder in his house. As the man walked down to the basement to investigate, he was assaulted by a violent teen thug with no respect for his elders, but what happened next was nothing but good old-fashioned instant karma.
According to the Miami Herald, the incident took place late Friday afternoon on May 12, 2017, in the Little Havana neighborhood of Miami, Florida. Sixteen-year-old Alexander Sanchez had reportedly stolen his mother’s Nissan Altima the day before so that he could pick his father up from jail. Vladamir Sanchez, 45, had just been released Thursday, but his freedom was to be short-lived as he, his son, and another unidentified male were caught in the stolen vehicle on Friday afternoon by law enforcement.
As Miami police attempted to pull the stolen vehicle over, all three occupants jumped out and started running. Vladamir and the other adult male were arrested almost immediately, but his son ran from police giving way to a 30-minute manhunt.
As police kept nearby St. Michael’s Catholic School under lockdown, they received a call from the 82-year-old gentleman, saying that he had just shot an intruder in the butt. According to local news source CBS4, Alexander broke into the man’s home and attempted to hide in the basement when he was confronted by the homeowner. The teen thug reportedly shoved the elderly man, leaving him no choice but to teach the youngster a brutal lesson by putting a bullet in his backside.
“That homeowner was forced to fire because he was confronted by an intruder inside his home,” said Miami Police spokeswoman Kenia Fallat.
The video footage of paramedics and Miami police officers escorting the young teen thug to the back of an ambulance with his pants around his ankles is literally priceless. They should print and distribute that special moment all throughout the teenager’s neighborhood to shame him for being such a menace.
Luckily for Alexander, the bullet in his backside was not a life-threatening injury, and he was taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital for treatment. This teen thug better shape up before he ends up spending his entire life in prison, where he is certain to encounter less civilized individuals who will most certainly pose an ongoing threat to his posterior.
Meanwhile, as police searched the stolen Nissan, they found a stash of methamphetamine and meth pipes inside a Dior box and some marijuana. Vladamir and Alexander were both charged with possession of a controlled substance, grand theft in the third degree, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Alexander is also facing charges of resisting arrest and trespassing.
According to police, the 82-year-old homeowner was unharmed, and this is because he exercised his right under the 2nd Amendment to keep a firearm handy in the event that a young thug invaded his home and assaulted him. Thank God we live in a country where we still have this right. In the words of St. Augustine, “Though defensive violence will always be ‘a sad necessity’ in the eyes of men of principle, it would be still more unfortunate if wrongdoers should dominate just men.”
