Thugs Offer Runaway Teens Place To Stay, Cops Horrified To Learn Their Sick Repayment Plan

Two thugs from Wisconsin are facing charges after they offered two teenage girls a place to stay. Although the girls were relieved to have a roof over their heads, they instantly regretted their decision when they walked into their new “home.” What happened under that roof left cops horrified as they soon learned about the thugs’ sick plan for the girls to repay their “generosity.”

Two teenage girls, only 15 and 16 years old, had run away from a nearby Family & Children’s center, when, as they were walking the streets, they were approached by two male thugs, later identified as Heavell Basley and Ronald Crosby Jr. To the girls’ immediate relief, these two “nice guys” offered to give them a place to stay in Basley’s garage. Little did they know, that would be the beginning of the worst night of their lives.

When they arrived at Basley’s garage, there were approximately 15 other people inside the building. After they joined the large group inside the garage, the girls would soon learn that the thugs expected a form of repayment for their hospitality, and when the teens didn’t willingly do what they asked, their hosts forced them.

The 16-year-old girl would later explain to police exactly what had happened. Shortly after she and her 15-year-old friend entered the garage, Basley and Crosby began to take what they felt they deserved by raping the girls and forcing the teens to perform oral sex, not only on them but on several of their friends as well.

The 16-year-old also explained that Basley and Crosby began by raping and hitting her friend before she couldn’t handle hearing her screams anymore and intervened. At that point, the sick thugs then forced her to perform oral sex on “a lot” of other offenders “until her throat bled,” according to New York Post. Sadly, things only got worse as several unidentified males then proceeded to rape and hit her as well.

The 15-year-old girl says that she lost consciousness after she was given a drug while being forced to also perform oral sex on a “whole bunch of guys” and being raped as well. Balsey himself assaulted one of the girl’s three times, hitting and choking her, as well as calling her a derogatory name for “having sex with all those other guys.”

Although it’s unclear how police initially discovered what had happened, they immediately opened an investigation and questioned Basley, who told authorities that he was “being a nice guy” by providing a home for the runaway girls.

According to La Crosse Tribune, “He said he witnessed other males assaulting [the 15-year-old girl], before admitting that he had as well, but said she forced herself on him.” He also claimed that the 16-year-old was never assaulted. Police later found a twin mattress, used condoms, and buckets filled with urine during a search of the garage.

Police have announced that there were as many as 11 males involved in the assault, but Crosby and Basley are the only defendants being charged as adults. Crosby has been charged with sexual assault of a child younger than 16 and first-degree sexual assault, among other lesser charges. Basley has been charged with four counts of sexual assault of a child younger than 16 and strangulation. They both were jailed on $10,000 and $5,000 bond respectively.

Our world is becoming a sick place, where no one can be trusted. These girls will undoubtedly have emotional and physical issues for the rest of their lives, all because these sick thugs decided that they were owed something in return for offering them a place to stay.

This is just a reminder to us all to teach our children to never trust a stranger, no matter how kind they seem to be – you never know what their intentions are, and it’s better to play it safe than to be sorry. Although we reassure our children there isn’t a “bogeyman” under their bed or in their closet, sadly, we eventually have to admit that monsters do exist — and they walk among us.
