Stormy Daniels got lucky. Regardless if she had sex with Donald Trump, the fact remains that she was barking up the right tree in 2016, and she knew it. For years Daniels had tried to extort money from Trump. His former attorney was tying up loose ends, and that’s how she got her hush money.
But she got greedy and hooked up with the used car salesman of attorneys, Michael Avenatti. Together the disgusting duo thought they would shake the president down for more. Boy, were they wrong.
Daniels had signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). For the $130K, she would keep her mouth shut and go away. It was a small price to pay for Trump and a windfall for the struggling porn star. Then, she wanted more, and she decided that she would write a book.
This is what the mainstream media doesn’t get. They prop these losers up like they are fighting for justice. In reality, Daniels and Avenatti didn’t care about “justice.” The 39-year-old stripper decided to break the NDA, a legally binding agreement, so she could cash in further.
Now, Daniels’ actions are coming back to haunt her. The Hill reports, “A federal judge on Tuesday ordered adult-film star Stormy Daniels to pay President Trump more than $293,000 in legal fees amid their ongoing legal battles.”
U.S. District Judge James Otero ordered Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, to pay the fees in her defamation case against Trump, which Otero dismissed in October.
“Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, was ordered to pay 75 percent of the president’s legal fees in connection to the case, according to Trump lawyer Charles Harder. Earlier in December, Harder petitioned U.S. District Judge S. James Otero to make Daniels pay $800,000 in fees and other sanctions. The breakdown of the now-ordered payments is $293,000 for legal fees and $1,000 for sanctions,” reported Breitbart.
They added, “In November, Otero tossed the adult performer’s lawsuit alleging defamation by the president — because he posted a tweet calling her story of a man threatening her in 2011 to keep quiet about her alleged Trump affair a ‘con job.'”
The president’s attorney, Charles Harder, said, “The court’s order, along with the court’s prior order dismissing Stormy Daniels’ defamation case against the President, together constitute a total victory for the President, and a total defeat for Stormy Daniels in this case.”
Yet, poor Micheal Avenatti didn’t know what to do. He immediately posted a tweet, and then deleted it, knowing it really didn’t ring true.
Breitbart reports, “Daniels’ lawyer Michael Avenatti addressed the settlement on social media, writing: ‘Trump asked for $800k in attorneys’ fees, costs and sanctions from the minor defamation case. The ct awarded well less than 1/2, recognizing that the request was gross & excessive. The amount in fees awarded Stormy in the main NDA case will be at least $1 million more than this.'”
Yeah, good luck with that. No wonder he deleted it. If Stormy would have just kept the $130,000 dollars, she’d still be in the black. Now, after paying the president $293,000 dollars, she’s in the red $163,000 dollars. When will these losers learn?
Stormy Daniels and Michael Avenatti are two-bit hustlers who tried to shake down the leader of the free world. With nothing but greed in their hearts, they duped the liberal media, but they can’t dupe patriotic Americans. More importantly, they sure didn’t dupe Judge James Otero.
