President Donald Trump is drafting a national emergency order including $7 billion dollars to fund the Southern border wall, it was reported late yesterday afternoon. Immediately, the mainstream media went berzerk. Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer are freaking out and making wild accusations about what Americans want and do not want. You’ll love this.

President Trump is ready, willing and able to go full steam ahead to declare a national emergency and fund the wall. There are White House staffers, who are “Republicans in Name Only” (RINOs), who are opposing it. Staffers who have been pro-Trump and with him from the beginning are urging the president to pull the plug and declare the national emergency immediately.

“The White House is preparing a draft proclamation for President Donald Trump to declare a national emergency along the southern border and has identified more than $7 billion in potential funds for his signature border wall,” CNN reported. “But while Trump’s advisers remain divided on the issue, the White House has been moving forward with alternative plans that would bypass Congress.”

The draft declaration argues that the “massive amount of aliens who unlawfully enter the United States each day is a direct threat to the safety and security of our nation and constitutes a national emergency,” CNN added.

“The massive amount of aliens who unlawfully enter the United States each day is a direct threat to the safety and security of our nation and constitutes a national emergency,” a draft of a presidential proclamation reads.
“Now, therefore, I, Donald J. Trump, by the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C 1601, et seq.), hereby declare that a national emergency exists at the southern border of the United States,” the draft adds.

White House insiders say the national emergency is the option the president is most likely to enact, yet other reports claim Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell is trying to work out a deal which would only include a down payment on the wall to re-open the government for 3 weeks.

“President Donald Trump said Thursday that he would consider a short-term funding bill to reopen the government, but only if he could get funding for border barriers,” Breitbart reported. “Trump noted that both Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer were discussing a possible short-term deal to reopen the government while talks continued.”

White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders also issued a statement about Trump’s position on a short-term funding bill. “As was made clear to Senator Lindsey Graham, the three week CR would only work if there is a large down payment on the wall,” Sanders said.

Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer claim if Trump declares a national emergency it will never work. They are so scared that they will lose this battle. “I think the president will have problems on his own side of the aisle for exploiting the situation in a way that enhances his power,” the Speaker told reporters. “I think he’s going to have to answer to his own party on usurping that much power,” Pelosi added.

Why would Trump have to answer to his own party? 85% of Republicans support building the wall, says a new Harvard Univesity poll. Then when there are 80% of Independents and 68% of Democrats who say we need strong and secure borders, Chuck and Nancy aren’t on the winning side no matter what the leftist media say.

Crying Chucky Schumer decided to make a statement by shooting down a GOP bill, yesterday. “Senate minority leader Chuck Schumer on Thursday blocked a Republican bill that would pay the Coast Guard without ending the ongoing partial government shutdown,” the National Review reported.

Over on the Senate floor, Ted Cruz was battling a sniveling crybaby Schumer, who was freaking out as the GOP told him he owned the shutdown now. Cruz attacked Schumer, saying Democrats are holding members of the Coast Guard “hostage.”

“We’ve seen a whole lot of table banging right here on this floor. The senator from Colorado spent a great deal of time yelling, spent a great deal of time attacking me personally,” Cruz said.

“It takes some degree of chutzpah to stand up after filibustering funding for the government, as the Democrats did, and to blame the shutdown on the opposing party,” Cruz said, repeatedly defending Trump’s push for a border wall.

Well, this shutdown-border wall funding issue has picked up steam, and events are moving very quickly. Americans need to urge the president to stay the course, and not give in to the Democrats. They will undoubtedly challenge Trump’s executive power in court, which is why the naysayers have advised the president to fund the government for 3 weeks now, and maybe get a down payment on the wall.

I think most Trump supporters would advise Trump to do the emergency order and fight it in court. Stay tuned, my fellow Americans, and make sure your family and friends know that most Americans want the wall. We have nothing to lose and everything to gain. You can’t put a price tag on those Americans who have lost their lives or are destined to lose their lives to illegal aliens, just because we didn’t have a wall.
