Enjoy.)With Democrats soon to take over the House, prospects that Congress will secure funding for the border wall are bleak. President Donald Trump is supposed to meet with Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer to discuss the budget, but we know how well that went before. So, the Commander in Chief has floated another way the wall will be built, and nobody can stop it.
Let’s be honest: Congress doesn’t want the border wall. When Trump clinched the White House in 2016, he was entering office with a Congress in Republican control. Both the Senate and House had conservative majorities.
Yet for two years, Congress refused to seriously consider Trump’s demand for a “big, beautiful” wall that would protect our Southern border.
We all know why. Even though he had a conservative majority, many Republicans in the House (who were recently voted out) did not support the president. Even today, “NeverTrumpers” in the GOP obstruct the president’s agenda.
Come January, there will be even less potential in funding the wall. When Democrats take over the House, they will spend most of their time trying to trip up this administration. Already, they promise pointless subpoenas and investigations, none of which will accomplish anything.
Instead of working with the GOP-controlled Senate and the White House, they will waste time and tax dollars to wave a middle finger to America.
President Trump is planning on speaking with Democrat leaders in Congress to discuss the budget. But Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi have a very bad record when it comes with negotiating with the president. In the past, they have refused to even meet with the man.
So, Trump took to Twitter and made a big vow to all Americans waiting for the wall.

Speculation abounds in Washington as to the likelihood of a government shutdown over the issue, though any shutdown would not completely cripple all necessary functions. Congress has already funded nearly three-fourths of the government and a partial shutdown would lessen the stakes involved over negotiations. [Source: The Daily Caller]
The prospect looks bleak that the Democrats will do anything close to cooperate with this president. They have spent more than two years trying to destroy his administration. Both in D.C. and the media, liberals have slandered, maligned, and undermined President Trump.
It’s very doubtful that they will be willing to negotiate with him and agree to fund a wall that will destroy their political agenda.
We know Democrats want an influx of migrants to come into the country. Legal or otherwise, they believe new immigrants will support their party — because they promise them government handouts. The wall will prevent this scheme that they have been developing for years.
Perhaps the only solution is for the military to finish the wall. As Trump said, they have already been diligently constructing portions of the wall, since the migrant caravan crisis.
The U.S. Armed Forces have more than enough funding to build the wall. They can use just a fraction of the billions they receive to finish it.
But will Democrats stand for it? Every time Trump puts forward a plan, liberals try to block it through radical activist judges. Will they be able to sue the U.S. military, just to protect illegals? I wouldn’t put it past them.
