Trump Gives XXX Star Stormy Daniels A YUGE Reason To Hate Her Life

People are freaking out after President Donald Trump gave adult film star Stormy Daniels, aka Stephanie Clifford, a “yuge” reason to hate her life. This won’t be the happy ending that she wanted.

Just weeks after the pornstar filed a lawsuit against Donald Trump’s lawyer Michael Cohen and a Delaware shell company called Essential Consultants LLC, Stormy Daniels is getting the worst news of her life.

Her lawsuit states that the “hush agreement,” which she and Cohen agreed to in October 2016, is not a legitimate agreement at all and argues that Daniels should be able to publicly discuss her alleged relationship with President Trump without consequence.

According to Daily Caller, Cohen filed a case in a California court on Friday, March 16, 2018, claiming that the pornstar is now obligated to pay Trump at least $20 million in damages after violating the terms of the non-disclosure agreement twenty times. In addition, Trump’s lawyers motioned to transfer the lawsuit from a California state court to a federal court in Los Angeles on the same day.

Ouch! Twenty million dollars could be kind of a squeeze for the almost 40-year-old pornstar. Although a recent report by Daily Mail says that some adult internet sites show a tremendous spike in searches for Daniels’ name, it’s still unlikely that all those clicks will translate into the millions of dollars she would need if there is a ruling in Trump’s favor.

The motion filed to move the case to a federal court is the first time Trump has appeared as a named party in the pornstar’s lawsuit. This is probably not the news that the pornstar was hoping for. It would appear that the initial money that she took from Cohen has run out and she’s looking for a bigger payday.

Instead of trying to squeeze every last penny out of this situation, perhaps the adult film star could think about getting a stable gig and earning a living by the sweat of her brow instead of … well, you know.

In response to the new lawsuit filed against Daniels, attorney Michael Avenatti, who represents her, criticized the motion on Twitter, writing, “The filing today is yet another bullying tactic from the president and Mr. Cohen. They are now attempting to remove this case to federal ct in order to increase their chances that the matter will be decided in private arbitration, thus hiding the truth from the public.”

Avenatti followed that indignant tweet up with more rhetoric. “How can President Donald Trump seek $20 million in damages against my client based on an agreement that he and Mr. Cohen claim Mr. Trump never was a party to and knew nothing about? #notwellthoughtout #sloppy #checkmate,” an arrogant Avenatti wrote.

It would appear that Avenatti and his client will continue to seek legitimacy for their wildly disputed claims about an alleged relationship between the President and Daniels. Interestingly enough, Daniels herself emphatically denied the claims of an alleged affair with Trump in a statement from Tuesday, January 30, 2018, according to The Washington Post.

“To whom it may concern,” began her statement. “The fact of the matter is that each party to this alleged affair denied its existence in 2006, 2011, 2016, 2017 and now again in 2018,” the signed statement reads. “I am not denying this affair because I was paid ‘hush money’ as has been reported in overseas owned tabloids. I am denying it because it never happened.”

Hours after the statement was released, Daniels appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live and appeared to almost disown her statement of denial. Kimmel led Daniels through a series of obnoxious hypothetical scenarios in which two dolls were used to act out an affair between the President and the pornstar.

It seems that Stormy Daniels is in over her head now with the recent developments. Maybe she needs a better attorney or just an attorney who will shoot her straight on legal matters since she’s already screwed her credibility, and the pornstar hardly stands a chance of coming out on top — no pun intended.

She should just stop while she’s ahead. It doesn’t seem like this publicity stunt is going to end in her favor. Twenty million is a lot of money to owe anybody, but especially when your job skill set is in the adult film industry and you just turned 40 — roughly twice the age of most of your colleagues.
