The infamous story of Joe Biden’s effort to force the firing of Ukraine’s chief prosecutor in 2016 has taken a new legal twist in Kyiv, just as the former vice president is sewing up the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination in America.
In Kyiv late last month, District Court Judge S. V. Vovk ordered the country’s law enforcement services to formally list the fired prosecutor, Victor Shokin, as the victim of an alleged crime by the former U.S. vice president, according to an official English translation of the ruling obtained by Just the News.
“The court had previously ordered the Prosecutor General’s Office and the State Bureau of Investigations in February to investigate Shokin’s claim that he was fired in spring 2016 under pressure from Biden because he was investigating Burisma Holdings, the natural gas company where Biden’s son Hunter worked,” John Solomon reports via Just the News.
“The court ruled then that there was adequate evidence to investigate Shokin’s claim that Biden’s pressure on then-President Petro Poroshenko, including a threat to withhold $1 billion in U.S. loan guarantees, amounted to unlawful interference in Shokin’s work as Ukraine’s chief prosecutor,” Solomon adds.
Here’s the twist. Law enforcement agencies refused to name Biden. Instead, they listed the potential defendant as an unnamed American.
The Ukrainian judge wasn’t going for it. He ruled that anonymous listing was improper and ordered the law enforcement agencies to formally name Biden as the accused perpetrator. The official transcript reads:
Criminal procedure code of Ukraine on criminal proceedings No. 62020000000000236 dated February 24, 2020, namely: information on interference in the activities of the former Prosecutor General of Ukraine Shokin, Viktor Mykolaiovych performed by citizen of the United States of America Joseph Biden, former U.S. Vice President.
The judge added, “the order of the court may not be appealed.”
Shokin’s attorney, Oleksandr Ivanovych Teleshetskyi, confirmed the ruling to Just the News but said Ukraine officials have not yet complied.
“Viktor Shokin publicly appealed to the president of Ukraine with a request to properly respond to illegal inaction in the investigation of criminal cases that are open against Joseph Biden,” Teleshetskyi said. “Let me remind you that they were discovered precisely as a result of the statement of Viktor Shokin.”
No wonder the Democrat deep state rats were listening intently to President Donald Trump’s conversations with the new Ukraine president. They knew Biden was guilty of abuse of power when he ordered the firing of Shokin. When Trump mentioned the dirty Burisma deal of the Biden’s in Ukraine, the Democrats could not let that go.
A Ukrainian official has just released a host of conversations between Biden and former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko. The leaked talks purport to show the two discussing the firing of a Ukrainian prosecutor in exchange for American support for a billion-dollar loan from the IMF.
Marie Yovanovitch was caught lying during the impeachment trial to protect the Bidens.
This all comes on the heels of new information of the Democrat darling from the impeachment trial, Marie Yovanovitch, who was fired by Trump as the ambassador to Ukraine. Newly discovered documents prove Yovanovitch was lying.
During impeachment proceedings against President Trump in November, Yovanovitch told lawmakers that she knew little about Burisma Holdings and the long-running corruption probe against it — testifying under oath, “It just wasn’t a big deal.”
New emails obtained by Citizens United show Yovanovitch and the US Embassy in Kyiv were told as early as 2016 that Burisma had placed then-veep Joe Biden’s son Hunter on its board and engaged an American firm with Democratic ties to rehabilitate its image, according to a report by Just The News.
Yeah, it was a big deal, and Yovanovitch clearly was warned all about the Bidens and Burisma.
“The 160 pages of emails and memos obtained by Citizens United show Yovanovitch was in contact with US officials about Burisma and also met with a representative from the Ukrainian company in her embassy office just 45 days before Trump took office,” New York Post reports.
As the Ukrainian Ambassador, Yovanovitch generated 160 pages of emails and memos about the Bidens and Burisma, but during her testimony she said: “As I mentioned, I became aware [of Burisma/Bidens deal] during the Q&A in the prep for my testimony.”
Obviously, Yovanovitch was covering for the Democrats and the Bidens in the quest to impeach Trump.
“These new records clearly don’t support Ambassador Yovanovitch’s testimony under oath during [Rep. Adam] Schiff’s sham impeachment,” Citizens United president David Bossie told Just The News.
“Her sworn testimony must be investigated and scrutinized just like in the case of General [Michael] Flynn. You can’t have two sets of rules,” he said.

What also is so criminal is how the mainstream media refuses to report on any of these cases. The Flynn case, the new evidence in the Obamagate scandal, Yovanovitch lying at the impeachment trial, and now Biden caught on a phone call discussing the firing of the prosecutor in exchange for the billion dollars.
Biden is being named as “a perpetrator to a crime” in the firing of Shokin. These aren’t conspiracies. These are actual cases with evidence to back it all up. God help us if the Democrats take back the presidency. We bet you’ll agree, saying it would be the end of the Republic as we know it, would not be an outlandish claim at all.
