CDC Data Shows Number Of COVID Deaths With Comorbidities – Democrats Explode

***CORRECTION: An earlier version of this article did not clearly state when the data was released showing the number of deaths that listed solely COVID-19 on the death certificate as 6%. That information has been available since at least 12 July 2020. Also, a passage was removed that conflated comorbidities with causes of death.***

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention website shows how many people who died from COVID-19 had comorbidities. Some Democrats are claiming it is another rightwing conspiracy theory. You’ll love this.

According to the CDC: “For 6% of the deaths, COVID-19 was the only cause mentioned. For deaths with conditions or causes in addition to COVID-19, on average, there were 2.6 additional conditions or causes per death.”

“In the United States, 9683 died with only having COVID-19 listed on their death certificate,” they add.

The following are the top underlying medical conditions linked to COVID-19 deaths.

  • Influenza and pneumonia
  • Respiratory failure
  • Hypertensive disease
  • Diabetes
  • Vascular and unspecified dementia
  • Cardiac Arrest
  • Heart failure
  • Renal failure
  • Intentional and unintentional injury, poisoning and other adverse events

So, out of the roughly 180,000 China virus deaths in the United States, only 9,683 died without any comorbidities. You can see why this caused the Democrats to explode. Instantly, social media erupted with leftists trying to spin the information.

President Donald Trump made a tweet about the CDC data, but Twitter quickly removed his tweet saying: “This Tweet is no longer available because it violated the Twitter Rules.”

Then, Trump’s critics started claiming the president was behind the CDC data, promoting a new conspiracy theory.

“Who thinks tRump is behind the asinine update to the CDC Covid testing recommendations that were implemented overnight?” tweeted “The Accountant.”

“Totally, he’s trying to kill as many as he can! He doesn’t care about the death count just how many test positive,” responded “The Real Carol Brady.”

“You’re an illiterate moron. To sum it up, your article basically says that people with underlying conditions are more at risk of dying from COVID. Not that only 6% are due to covid,” tweeted “MARS.”

“It’s not an article. It’s the CDC. But I’m the illiterate moron? Alrighty,” responded “THE FOO.”

Only 6 percent of coronavirus deaths were healthy people who had no underlying health concerns like high blood pressure. This is important information to digest. Also, unlike the seasonal flu, the China virus rarely affects the very young, but it does affect the very old who usually have an underlying condition.

What this also tells us is that the vast majority of healthy people do not have to fear the virus. It also makes us wonder about the total lockdowns which ended up killing Trump’s roaring economy.

The CDC also updated its testing recommendations. The guidelines posted on the federal agency’s website earlier this week says coronavirus testing is not necessary for people who have been in close contact with infected people.

“It really is very sad and just reinforces the lack of attention and understanding that we have to have in order to crush this virus,” said Nancy Pelosi.

She then blamed Trump.

“Scientists tell us and they have told us over and over again over the past months that we must be testing more, that we should be testing three million people a day. The administration has resisted that. President said testing is what? Overrated,” Pelosi added.

As the COVID crisis begins to fade away, the Democrats are worried that Americans will remember how great the economy was before it started. Their fears came true over the weekend.

“The Democracy Institute/Sunday Express Poll shows that President Trump leads Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden 48 percent to 45 percent in the national popular vote,” Breitbart reports. “The Morning Consult Poll, conducted on Friday, August 29, the day after the convention ended, showed the president received a four-point bump from the RNC convention.”

Trump also is leading Biden in all swing states according to these new polls. It’s still about 10 weeks until Election Day, and we are sure the Democrats will come up with an “October surprise” hoping to hurt the president.

However, right now all the momentum is with Trump, as poor Joe Biden’s campaign is failing to make the case for why we should vote for a swamp creature, who hasn’t done a thing for Americans in 47 years.
