Debra Messing, the leftwing Hollywood actress, is claiming President Donald Trump is putting Americans “in mortal danger.” Messing says that the president has botched handling the coronavirus outbreak and that we are all in danger of dying. Well, that’s when Messing got utterly torched with the truth. You’ll love this.

Actress Debra Messing is the latest prominent liberal to blame President Donald Trump for the coronavirus by repeating false allegations that the president enacted drastic budgetary cuts on the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).

Debra Messing launched into an unhinged tirade Friday claiming that President Trump “puts Americans in mortal danger,” citing a two-year-old Washington Post article about proposed budget cuts to the CDC.

The Will & Grace star failed to mention that those cuts never went into effect and that Congress has actually increased funding to the CDC and National Institutes of Health.

“THIS is why Trump MUST GO! He puts Americans in mortal danger,” Messing said Friday.

Messing is echoing the Democrats’ bogus accusations that the CDC has been defunded and vital positions have been left vacant.

“Up until now, The Trump administration has mounted an opaque and often chaotic response to this outbreak,” Nancy Pelosi said at her Thursday morning press conference. “They left critical positions vacant in charge of managing pandemics at the National Security Council and the Department of Homeland Security. They left them vacant—they dismissed the people and never filled the spots,” she said.

“There’s nobody here to figure out what the hell we should be doing. And [Trump’s] defunded — he’s defunded Centers for Disease Control, CDC, so we don’t have the organization we need. This is a very serious thing,” Mike Bloomberg said at the debate Tuesday night.

Joe Biden compared the Obama-Biden administration with now: “We increased the budget of the CDC. We increased the NIH budget. … [Trump’s] wiped all that out. … He cut the funding for the entire effort.”

The lies were so blatant even the Associated Press did a fact-check:

THE FACTS: They’re both wrong to say the agencies have seen their money cut. Bloomberg is repeating the false allegation in a new ad that states the U.S. is unprepared for the virus because of “reckless cuts” to the CDC. Trump’s budgets have proposed cuts to public health, only to be overruled by Congress, where there’s strong bipartisan support for agencies such as the CDC and NIH.

Instead, financing has increased.

Some public health experts say a bigger concern than White House budgets is the steady erosion of a CDC grant program for state and local public health emergency preparedness — the front lines in detecting and battling new disease.

But that decline was set in motion by a congressional budget measure that predates Trump

Americans torched Debra Messing for repeating the same fake news propaganda as the Democrats.

The damage Hollywood celebs cause with their hyperbolic rhetoric is astounding. Their comments are often as deranged as Trump’s–and are used by him as rallying cries. Advice for @DebraMessing–think before you tweet. You’re helping–not hurting–Trump,” tweeted Don Adams.

D-list celebrities think they’re ‘infectious disease experts’ now and are spreading a bunch of hysterical fake news in order to blame Trump for Coronavirus,” tweeted radio host Wayne Dupree.

“She is definitely brain dead. The only thing left in her mind and soul is hate. Debra Messing blames Trump for coronavirus while citing false stats: ‘He puts Americans in mortal danger,'” tweeted Donna Viestenz.

“No, the CDC funds aren’t cut. No, Trump didn’t say the COVID is a hoax. You would think by now, they’ve been scammed by other fake news that they would check it out first, before their knee jerk reactions,” tweeted Nancy Vera.

@DebraMessing SHUT UP! You don’t know anything about all of this. Every time you open your pie hole, you prove how stupid you are!” tweeted Jo Ann Palmer.

Debra Messing is unhinged. She declared Trump supporters are “neo-Nazis.”

It happened on Messing’s sitcom last November. In the episode, Messing claims her friend’s bakery became a hub for “neo-Nazis” when Trump supporters protested after her friend refused to bake a Make America Great Again (MAGA) cake.

“The revival of [Messsing’s] NBC show, which ran in the late 1990s but returned to screens in 2017, has largely left audiences disappointed. Many fans have attacked the show for being too political, as it regularly explores left-wing themes such as anti-Trump hysteria, disdain for conservative values, and the promotion of the #MeToo movement,” Breitbart reports.

Americans are sick and tired of the Democrats and their cohorts like Debra Messing using bogus accusations to stir up hatred of President Trump and his supporters. There is nothing wrong with having political disagreements as long as we stick to the facts. Celebrities using their large social media platforms to spread lies cause the vast divide we see in America today.
