Democrat Rep. Reports Trump To Hague For ‘Crimes Against Humanity’ – Regrets It

State Rep. Tavia Galonski (D-OH) is reporting President Donald Trump to stand trial at The Hague, which is the International Court of Justice (ICJ), for “crimes against humanity.” The Ohio politician claims to have connections at the ICJ, and she’s convinced the president’s “remarks” on “chloroquine” are costing lives. The leftwing politician was quickly made to look like a fool. Don’t miss this.

Ohio State Rep. Tavia Galonski is an example of the leftwing wackos losing their minds during the COVID-19 crisis. We are seeing some of these idiots reporting their fellow Americans to authorities for just walking their dog. One woman got “caught” taking a drive and was reported to law enforcement.

Now, we have Galonski, who is making the wild accusation that Trump is committing “crimes against humanity” and should be tried at The Hague’s criminal court.

“I can’t take it anymore,” Galonski wrote on social media, condemning Trump’s expression of hope that the drug hydroxychloroquine will successfully treat coronavirus patients. “I’ve been to The Hague. I’m making a referral for crimes against humanity tomorrow.”

“Today’s press conference was the last straw,” Galonski tweeted. “I know the need for a prosecution referral when I see one.”

The dimwitted Ohio politician is also a lawyer and senior campaign adviser to Joe Biden.

Galonski graduated from the University of Akron School of Law in 1995 and served as a magistrate in the Summit County Court of Common Pleas, according to her biography from the Ohio House of Representatives. She announced working for the Biden campaign recently.

So, she sees herself as a legal eagle as she reminds us “I’ve been to The Hague” and attempts to report the president of the United States to the ICJ. However, she was caught off-guard when she got schooled on the law.

You can’t report an American president to The Hague.

“She may have been unaware that The United States is not a State Party to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court. United States participation in the ICC treaty regime would be unconstitutional because it would permit the ICC to try American citizens for crimes committed in America,” Daily Wire reports.

In fact, when one astute Twitter user pointed out to State Rep. Tavia Galonski that she’s talking nonsense and has no legal standing to report Trump, the Biden adviser immediately blocked them.

You are embarrassing yourself, we aren’t part of the Rome Statute the US remains unfettered by @IntlCrimCourt requirements. Furthermore, these are their definitions of Crimes against humanity,” responded “Rosie Memos,” who included the list of “crimes against humanity”:

Within minutes, Galonski blocked “Rosie Memos.”

Excuse me @OhioAG @GovMikeDeWine @ohgov your representative Tavina Galonski blocked me on twitter which, as a public servant, she isn’t allowed to do. Ironically it was because she had no grasp on the law. She’s embarrassing your State and our Country,” posted “Rosie Memos.”

Who wants to tell this genius (currently representing Ohio as a State rep) that the United States is not a part of the Rome Statute maybe you can help her @SecPompeo @StateDept This is really embarrassing@OHdems you should at least have your Reps learn basic law,” added “Rosie Memos.”

That’s right. As an elected politician you cannot block an American citizen unless someone’s using profanity or making threats.

All “Rosie Memos” did was to point out the Ohio rep’s mistake, and for that, she was blocked. That’s how those with Trump Derangement Syndrome roll.

Let’s be clear: the only reason Democrats are against hydroxychloroquine and chloroquine is that President Trump has mentioned its potential success. After the governor of Nevada banned the use of the drug for COVID-19, he has now changed his mind.

In fact, doctors in most states are now using hydroxychloroquine and chloroquine as the protocol in treating the virus, and the Washington Post reported the FDA has just approved the use of those drugs for treating COVID-19. But don’t tell that to State Rep. Tavia Galonski. She’s busy with her report to The Hague, and the ignorant politician couldn’t look like a bigger fool.
