Al Sharpton seized the moment at the George Floyd funeral service on Tuesday to demand, in a threatening tone, that the National Football League must give Colin Kaepernick a job. The MSNBC host claimed: “He deserves a job in the NFL for taking a knee.” Well, that’s when it went all wrong for poor Al. You’ll love this.
Rev. Al Sharpton demanded Tuesday during George Floyd’s funeral that former San Francisco quarterback Colin Kaepernick get his “job back” in the NFL.
After a rocky six-year stint in San Franciso that ended in 2016 with the former dual-threat quarterback becoming better known for his refusal to stand for the national anthem than his play at the position, Kaepernick became a free agent in 2017 but has yet to land a position in the league.
“Oh, it’s nice to see some people change their mind, head of the NFL said yeah, maybe we was wrong. Football players, maybe they did have the right to peacefully protest. Well, don’t apologize. Give Colin Kaepernick a job back!” Sharpton said to audience applause.
Sharpton is so full of himself. With the continued rioting in cities like Seattle, it makes him believe the mob is winning. Make no mistake, this was more of a threat to the NFL.
Give Kaepernick a job even though he doesn’t deserve one, or else.
“Don’t come with some empty apology,” he continued. “Take a man’s livelihood, strip a man down of his talents. And four years later when the whole world is marching, all of a sudden you go and do a FaceTime talking about you sorry! Minimizing the value of our lives! You sorry? Then repay the damage you did to the career you stood down, because when Colin took a knee, he took it for the families in this building and we don’t want an apology. We want him repaired.”
NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell apologized to the “woke crowd” which was a huge mistake. You can’t appease the leftist mob. President Donald Trump learned his lesson, and that’s why he never apologizes to these idiots.
“Equal justice. Equal fairness. We’re not anti-anybody. We are trying to stop people from being anti-us. We want the law to apply equally,” said Sharpton.
Reports are Kaepernick is reportedly training “daily” in hopes of making an NFL comeback.
Americans reminded Al Sharpton on social media his race-baiting isn’t going to work.
“Never one to skip on a moment of ‘I want’ even at a funeral. He’s a devil who turns everything godly into evil. He has no business preaching, all he does is preach hate. Becomes relevant at times like this, yet you’ll never see him do anything good for the black communities,” tweeted Rose N. Dolinski.

“It says a whole lot about the family letting Al Sharpton speak at the funeral. He never has anything good to say, he only wants to cause division and strife. Who would want this kind of man speaking at anything as far as that goes,” tweeted “Peace 2 You.”

“He is the prime example of ‘Never Let a Bad Situation go to Waste’ if there is no money in it for him he will not show up. I hope the black community knows he is just a hustler,” tweeted Guy Eugene Phillips.

NFL owners and coaches only care about one thing: winning. It’s the free market working at its best. If you are a great athlete in your prime, then you will find yourself employed as a player in the NFL.
Colin Kapernick was never a great pro athlete. At best, he was mediocre. In fact, many said his “taking a knee” stunt was a way to get publicity in hopes of keeping his job. Whatever the case, this is still America, and we don’t give jobs to people based on their political affiliation.
That’s how a Marxist regime works. If you are a good Marxist, you will find yourself employed. So, Rev. Al is playing politics thinking it’s time people are employed based on their “wokeness.” The bad news for these radicals is that’s not how we do things in America.
