Michelle Obama is very upset with black Americans who did not vote for Hillary Clinton in 2016. She said, “After all that work, they just couldn’t be bothered to vote at all. That’s my trauma.” Now, Michelle is getting the word out to African-Americans to show up in 2020, and that’s when she got a huge reality check. Don’t miss this.

In the latest example proving that Michelle Obama sees the world through the lens of color was seen in the former first lady’s new Netflix documentary, “Becoming.”

Revisiting a sore subject, she talks about the pain she feels over black voters not turning out to vote for Hillary Clinton in the same numbers they did for husband Barack Obama, according to The Daily Beast.

Touting all the hard work “we” put in to build a winning coalition, Obama called it a “slap in the face.”

“It takes some energy to go high, and we were exhausted from it. Because when you are the first black anything…” she said. “So the day I left the White House and I write about how painful it was to sit on that [inauguration] stage. A lot of our folks didn’t vote. It was almost like a slap in the face.”

The use of the phrase “our folks” suggests that race comes first for Michelle Obama.

“I understand the people who voted for [Donald] Trump,” Obama added, offering no further clarification.

And her angst extended to the 2010 and 2014 midterm elections, as Obama blamed minority voters for Democrats losing the House (2010) and Senate (2014), instead of her husband’s failed policies.

“The people who didn’t vote at all, the young people, the women, that’s when you think, man, people think this is a game,” she declared. “It wasn’t just in this election. Every midterm. Every time Barack didn’t get the Congress he needed, that was because our folks didn’t show up. After all that work, they just couldn’t be bothered to vote at all. That’s my trauma.”

In the film, Obama is still complaining about her life being taken from her for eight years.

“Every gesture you make, every blink of an eye is analyzed,” she said of being first lady. “You have the world watching every move you make. Your life isn’t yours anymore.”

She also shares an anecdote about her last day in the White House.

All about her, she talks about her daughters Sasha and Malia having one last sleepover with their friends and the stress she had clearing the house the next day.

“I was like, ‘Wake up! The Trumps are coming. You gotta get up. Get out!’” she said.

Poor Michelle. Black voters have rallied to Trump. A poll by Rassmussen shows the president’s approval rating with African-Americans is up to 32 percent. This is one reason the Democrats went for Joe Biden despite his mental issues and coming problematic debate performance. He was the only candidate left who showed any gain with black voters in America.

Americans also gave Michelle a big reality check on social media.

“Black voters voted for President Trump, and are WORKING, unlike when BO was POTUS!!! Wake up MO…Michelle Obama,” tweeted Dan McNamara.

“Why should they have; what have Democrats done for them in the last decade? Obviously, carrying hot sauce around wasn’t enough to sway them toward Clinton,” tweeted “Writer, CR Hiatt.”

“She should realize she & her husband created that slap & no one else. If that hurt her feelings, she isn’t going to like 2020 any better,” tweeted Alton Frank.

Rush Limbaugh also gave Michelle a rude awakening.

“She’s blaming the black voters for all of the problems the Democrat Party is having,” Limbaugh said. “Because ‘our folks’ didn’t show up. ‘After all that work, they just couldn’t be bothered to vote at all. That’s my trauma.'”

“Maybe, Mrs. Obama, your folks didn’t show up because they were a little ticked off that they didn’t have jobs after eight years of your husband’s trying to help ’em out,” Rush added. “Isn’t that really the truth? The Democrat Party’s been promising not just our folks, not just the African-Americans, the Democrat Party’s been promising every constituency group they’ve got that they’re gonna fix it, whatever’s wrong, the Democrats are gonna fix it.”

“Then Mr. Orange Man comes along and look at all the jobs for Michelle Obama’s folks. Look at all of the rising economic tides, of course, before the coronavirus hit,” Limbaugh declared.

Yep, playing the race card to try and shame African-Americans to vote Democrat once again. Trump has shown Americans of all races that the jobs he has created are for all the citizens of the United States.

Now that this COVID-19 crisis has blown up the economy, who better to “fix it” and bring it back again. Rush Limbaugh also said: “Folks, it’s time for Trump to ‘make America great again’…..for the second time. That’s gonna be his new campaign slogan: MAGA one more time.”
