Alyssa Milano is saying that the “entire GOP should be tried for treason” over the latest hit piece by Democrat huckster Bob Woodward who claimed that President Donald Trump downplayed the dangers of coronavirus to discourage the public from panicking. The Democrats are treating this like a “bombshell” revelation. Well, that’s when the truth came out, and poor Alyssa got a brutal smackdown. You’ll love this.
Over the next few weeks, the Democrats and their media helpers will release these so-called “bombshell” revelations against President Trump. It’s all a smokescreen of fake news hit pieces. How do we know? President Trump is the most vetted candidate ever to run for the presidency.
There have been multiple investigations into every aspect of his life. Teams of attorneys and investigators spent millions of dollars over the last four years attempting to find anything that could lead to the president’s demise.
They all failed miserably. So, the only thing left to do by these Democrat scammers is to fabricate “bombshell” revelations out of whole cloth.
Enter Democrat operative Bob Woodward, who started out as a real investigative journalist and is known as part of the two-man team that uncovered the Watergate scandal. However, the 77-year-old lost his way a long time ago to become just another media hack.
Woodward’s big bombshell is that the president “downplayed” the China virus. He claims this means Trump was lying to the American people.
Trump did not lie about anything. He chose to not panic the American people because a panicked population would have made the situation so much worse.
“Well, I think Bob, really to be honest with you … I wanted to always play it down,” Trump told Woodward in a phone conversation on March 19. “I still like playing it down, because I don’t want to create a panic.”
Trump is on the record saying the same thing publicly in March. There is no big “lie” or cover-up.

President Trump turned the tables on Woodward proving his bombshell is just another fake news hit piece.
“Bob Woodward had my quotes for many months. If he thought they were so bad or dangerous, why didn’t he immediately report them in an effort to save lives? Didn’t he have an obligation to do so? No, because he knew they were good and proper answers. Calm, no panic!” Trump tweeted.

This brings us to Alyssa Milano and her recent meltdown calling for the “entire GOP to be the tried for treason” over this Woodward nothing-burger.
It’s funny how Milano thinks a fake hit piece report rises to the level of treason by the entire GOP, while she has no problem with the Democrats spying and attempting multiple coups against the sitting president.

Dr. Anthony Fauci commented Wednesday that Trump had never distorted information about the virus.
“I don’t recall anything that was any gross distortion in things that I spoke to him about,” he told Fox News. Fauci also praised Trump’s performance in March, telling conservative Mark Levin on Fox News’ Life, Liberty & Levin: “I can’t imagine that under any circumstances that anybody could be doing more.”
While the Democrats were busy impeaching the president at the end of January, President Trump was mobilizing a national task force to tackle the China virus.
Trump declared a National Health Emergency on January 31 and enacted a travel ban on China in an attempt to stop the spread of the virus to the United States.
Joe Biden said at the time that the president was a “xenophobe” by taking the China virus seriously.
“I always treated the Chinese Virus very seriously, and have done a very good job from the beginning, including my very early decision to close the ‘borders’ from China – against the wishes of almost all. Many lives were saved. The Fake News new narrative is disgraceful & false!” Trump tweeted on March 18.

Mr. Woodward must have missed that. On March 18, the same day he claims Trump was “downplaying” the coronavirus, the president was making it crystal clear the pandemic was serious and he was taking actions to protect the American people.
It’s so darn easy to discredit liars. Nancy Pelosi called the China travel ban “un-American.”

Now, the Democrats want Americans to believe that Trump was busy “downplaying” the virus which is exactly what they were doing. Remember, these leftists always accuse you of doing the very things they are guilty of doing.
It was the Democrats who claimed the president was over-reacting by initiating travel bans. They went as far as to call him a xenophobe and racist. Now that the election is on the line, they are attempting to rewrite history. We have all seen this movie before by the Democrats and their media cohorts, and we will not be fooled again.
