The Harvard Law School professor has a high-powered client, rumored to be associated with Trump, who is suing Barack Obama and his billionaire buddy, George Soros. In fact, Dershowitz has “written proof” Soros had Obama launch an illegal investigation by the FBI. But that’s not all. Don’t miss this.
Harvard Law School professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz told Breitbart News Sunday this weekend that billionaire left-wing financier George Soros told then-President Barack Obama to investigate someone.
Dershowitz would not identify who the target of the investigation was, but he said that the name would soon emerge in a lawsuit that has yet to be filed. It’s obviously someone in President Donald Trump’s orbit.

Breitbart’s Joel Pollock conducted the interview and was stunned by the revelation, saying, “I had to double-check”:
Q: But let me just ask you — you said that George Soros asked Barack Obama to have his Justice Department investigate somebody?
Dershowitz: We’re — that’s going to come out in a lawsuit in the near future. Yeah
Q: Wow, well, we look forward to hearing more about that new.
Dershowitz: That’s not unusual. That is not unusual. People whisper to presidents all the time. Presidents whisper to [the] Justice Department all the time. It’s very common. It’s wrong, whoever does it, but it’s common, and we shouldn’t think that it’s unique to any particular president. I have in my possession the actual 302 form [an FBI record of an interview], which documents this issue, and it will, at the right time, come out. But I’m not free to disclose it now because it’s a case that’s not yet been filed.
When Dershowitz brings up “302’s” right away that brings up major red flags. Americans became familiar with the term thanks to the blatant abuse by Obama administration officials. 302’s are a written record used by the FBI when they investigate someone. The FBI interviewed and set up Lt. General Michael Flynn on bogus charges with the 302’s as the written evidence.
“The entire FBI case against Flynn; meaning the central element that he lied to FBI investigators (he didn’t); is predicated on the FD-302 interview reports generated by the two FBI agents; later discovered to have been edited, shaped and approved by Andrew McCabe…. And for almost two years the entire outline of their documented evidence has been misattributed?” Conservative Treehouse reports.
We now know the Obama administration officials lied when filling out the 302’s.
The timing of Dershowitz’s announcement also gives us clues that this all goes back to the coup attempts by the deep state. When we say “coup attempts,” we are talking about the Russia collusion hoax and the subsequent Mueller investigation and the Ukraine hoax which led to impeachment.
Dershowitz is going after the perpetrators of the coup attempts.
One player in these hoaxes which is under-reported is former Attorney Jessie Liu. As the US attorney in Washington. DC, Liu inherited many of the active cases after special counsel Robert Mueller ended his investigation into possible Russian collusion during the 2016 presidential election.
However, Lui did come up in the last week when she was nominated by the Trump administration to serve as undersecretary for terrorism and financial crimes. Then, within hours the president withdraws her nomination.
Why was her nomination all of sudden withdrawn?
Trump found out Lui was part of the deep state. She was the presiding US attorney who actively covered up the coup by dismissing the cases against Andrew McCabe and James Wolfe, who was the fired senior aide to the Senate Intelligence Committee.
McCabe was found guilty of lying to the FBI about the coup and leaking sensitive details of the bureau’s investigation of the Clinton Foundation to the press. Wolfe was found guilty of leaking the FISA applications to his girlfriend reporter Ali Watkins. He also was caught lying to the FBI. Lui quietly buried the cases and the mainstream media covered it up.
“Immediately after the 2018 mid-terms DC Attorney Jessie Liu dropped most of the charges against Wolfe, and he was allowed -under a plea agreement- to plead guilty to only one count of lying to investigators,” CTH adds. “Lui downplayed McCabe’s crimes and now he is getting off without prosecution.”
The bigger issue is, of course, who told James Wolfe and McCabe to leak?
That would be Senate Intelligence Chairman Richard Burr (R-N.C.), Vice Chairman Mark Warner (D-Va.) and former Chairman Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.).
Back in December of 2018, Politico reports: Warmer, Burr, and Feinstein “are encouraging a federal judge not to put the committee’s former security director, James Wolfe, behind bars for a series of false statements he admitted giving to the FBI during the leak investigation.”
Warner was caught sending text messages from the Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF).

Now, with Alan Dershowitz saying his client has 302s written up by FBI officials that tie George Soros to having Barack Obama launch an illegal investigation, we can conclude a few things.
The client is a power player most probably tied to President Trump. Soros would not want some low-level associate investigated. We also think former DC attorney Jesse Lui is somehow connected.
302s are evidence the Soros-backed investigation happened.
Now, consider that Roger Stone is facing nine years in prison for “process crimes” and Paul Manafort is locked away for crimes like tax evasion, while all of the Obama’s players get off scot-free. Well, it’s a safe bet that Dershowitz is gunning to correct that.
Luckily, we won’t have to wait forever to see Barack Obama and George Soros face charges. “That’s going to come out in a lawsuit in the near future,” Dershowitz said. Trump’s impeachment attorney also said the case will become public “at the right time.”
Americans are bone-tired of the two-tiered justice system, and the “right time” can only mean closer to the 2020 election for maximum impact. Stay tuned, my fellow Americans.
