Pelosi Gets Sued After Mail Carrier Caught Tampering With Vote-By-Mail Requests

Nancy Pelosi has put out the word to the Democrats and their cohorts in the media, vote-by-mail must become mandatory in every state on the union. When President Donald Trump pushed back on mail-in ballots on Twitter, he was censored. Now, poor Pelosi is getting sued after USPS mail carrier got caught allegedly tampering with vote-by-mail requests. Don’t miss this.

Nancy Pelosi is using the pandemic to usher in the voting by mail scam. In fact, the Speaker is attempting to have House Democrats be absent from Washington D.C. indefinitely by claiming they will be voting remotely from home.

The Republicans immediately sued Pelosi. The New York Times, the unofficial spokespeople for the Democrats, linked this remote voting to the Democrats’ plan to ensure their voting scam could go nationwide.

“Republican leaders sued Speaker Nancy Pelosi and top congressional officials on Tuesday to block the House of Representatives from using a proxy voting system set up by Democrats to allow for remote legislating during the coronavirus pandemic, calling it unconstitutional,” NYT reports.

“But it fits into a broader push by Republicans, led by President Trump, to put a cloud of suspicion over Democratic efforts to find alternative ways to vote during the pandemic — both in the House and in elections across the country — portraying them as fraudulent attempts to gain political advantage,” they add.

This comes on the heels of charges against a USPS mail carrier.

“Federal and state prosecutors in West Virginia announced Tuesday that they had charged a U.S. Postal Service mail carrier with attempted fraud for allegedly tampering with requests for vote-by-mail absentee ballots,” Breitbart reports.

“Thomas Cooper, 47, of Dry Fork, stands charged with attempting to defraud the residents of West Virginia of a fair election. An affidavit accompanying the criminal complaint states Cooper fraudulently altered eight absentee ballot requests in Pendleton County, of which the complaint states he fraudulently changed the party affiliation on five from Democrat to Republican,” West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey writes.

“Manipulating one’s absentee ballot or application is not a laughing matter – it’s a federal offense,” Attorney General Morrisey said. “We must protect the integrity of the ballot box, and this demonstrates the aggressive action we will take to do so. It is more important now than ever for voters to watch for unexplained or suspicious marks and/or any other irregularity with their ballot. If something looks suspicious, let us know right away.”

The announcement came at roughly the same time that Twitter assigned a fact check warning to President Donald Trump for his claims that voting by mail was uniquely susceptible to fraud.

“There is NO WAY (ZERO!) that Mail-In Ballots will be anything less than substantially fraudulent. Mail boxes will be robbed, ballots will be forged & even illegally printed out & fraudulently signed. The Governor of California is sending Ballots to millions of people,” Trump tweeted.

“Anyone living in the state, no matter who they are or how they got there, will get one. That will be followed up with professionals telling all of these people, many of whom have never even thought of voting before, how, and for whom, to vote. This will be a Rigged Election. No way!” the president added.

Under his tweets, Twitter placed a link to a bogus CNN editorial which claimed there is no evidence that mail-in voting leads to fraud.

Twitter’s top article is a piece from CNN Opinion, calling the President’s claim “unsubstantiated” and claiming that mail-in ballots “very rarely lead to voter fraud.”

The Trump campaign has substantiated its concerns with mail-in voting, contrary to what the Twitter-backed CNN article claims.

“The president’s re-election campaign responded quickly to Acosta’s request, noting there were nine people charged in the Rio Grande Valley in Texas with ‘vote harvesting’ and mail ballots, a political operative in New York stealing and submitting absentee ballots, and a resident in Pennsylvania receiving seven separate ballots in the mail,” Breitbart reports.

The campaign also shared a Heritage Foundation document of over 1,000 proven cases of vote fraud.

Probably one of the biggest red flags to voter fraud by mail-in ballots comes from California, which has made the practice legal. In the heavily conservative Orange County in 2018, six of the seven GOP seats were won by Democrats after the mail-in ballots were counted.

Gov. Gavin Newsom took it a step further in his executive order of May 8 which cited the coronavirus pandemic in justifying the decision to make November’s election an all-mail election.

Newsom’s order is the template for Nancy Pelosi’s latest scheme.

“Ballot harvesting” involves using a third party, such as a well-trained political activist, to collect mail-in ballots on behalf of other voters and deliver them to the polls.

There is no vetting of ballot harvesters and no limit to how many ballots they can deliver.

The tactic was legalized by then-Gov. Jerry Brown in 2016, over GOP objections. Hundreds of thousands of ballots were dropped off at polling places in 2018, making a difference in key races as we earlier noted.

There is no doubt the Democrats, their media cohorts, and social media platforms like Twitter are all on board to ensure voting-by-mail becomes the way Americans vote in 2020. It’s utterly transparent when you have Twitter assigning a bogus article on Trump’s tweet at the same time the Democrats are attempting to change the way they legislate.

As if the “new normal” will now be this liberal utopia where Congress never comes to Washington, D.C. and everyone votes remotely. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out this is how the Democrats can ensure they always win.

Nancy and her minions would like you to believe the pandemic will still be the biggest risk to Americans in November, but we all know if the Democrats get their way with this voter scam, that will be the end of the Republic as we know it.
