Whoopi Goldberg was reeling on Wednesday from an interview President Trump gave to ABC News where he claimed the Obama administration dropped the ball with coming pandemics by leaving a lack of medical supplies in the national stockpile.
“We didn’t have ventilators, we didn’t have medical equipment, we didn’t have testing—we had broken tests…they left us nothing,” Trump said.
Instead of discussing the real issues the president faced with this pandemic, Goldberg turned it over to co-host Sunny Hostin who proceeded to make crazy allegations.
“Well, it’s not a surprise that he tried to blame President Obama,” Hostin said. “And President Obama’s administration because he has this obsession with President Obama. I mean, he’ll never be as smart as President Obama or as elegant or eloquent, you know, or as successful. He’ll never look as good in a tan suit. So he, of course, tried to do that.”
Joy Behar also claimed Trump reopening the economy would backfire.
The shrews of The View were also hellbent on making their viewers believe Trump is misguided in reopening the economy, and that led Goldberg to ask Joy Behar her reaction to Trump’s comments about how we must reopen America.
“So, Joy what was your take away with all this? What was [Trump] trying to accomplish with this interview?” Whoopi asked.
“Well, I know he is trying to change the conversation from the virus to the economy. So, that is his ultimate goal…is basically to be re-elected,” Joy said. “That’s his whole thing because no president has ever been re-elected in a bad economy.”
“They [Trump and GOP] don’t care because they are getting tested on a regular basis, and they are all protecting themselves,” Joy declared. “But the rest of us can go to hell.”
“But the more you open the economy, the more virus you are gonna have, more cases,” Behar said. “That only sets the economy back. So, he’s not just a malignant narcissist, he’s also a very bad tactician because it’s going to make the economy worse in the end as we get closer to November.”
“So, I don’t know what he is trying to do but it’s not going to work,” Joy declared.

Whoopi and her crew of Trump-haters are very aware that their candidate Joe Biden is not seen as a leader who can re-start the economy.
A new poll by Reuters asked Americans who they trust to get America back on track?
“According to the poll, 45% of Americans said Trump was better suited to create jobs, while 32% said Biden was the better candidate for that,” Reuters reports.
If anyone is jealous, it’s Barack Obama who never came close to having the roaring economy Trump created. Donald Trump made his own money prior to ever being a politician. Barack Obama was leading a group of leftwing activists before he got elected to the Senate.
That’s why no one in their right mind can take The View seriously. For Trump supporters, Whoopi and her crew have some entertainment value for the outlandish things they say. It’s like watching a trainwreck, you can’t look away.
